debt letters

hello again my friends, queenisabella here and I need some advice,i have Moorcroft on my case and its like this I have this credit card with Lloyds I sent moorecroft the debt letters well two of them and after the second they replied that they don,t own the debt it is still with Lloyds can someone please advise the alleged debt £996.00 thank you god bless you all

Hi,
Have you sent the appropriate letters to Lloyds ?

There are seperate letters for Lenders / collectors and purchasers.

Start the letters with Lloyds & carry on with the letters to Morecroft.

Hi daveiron I have just posted my third letter to Moorcroft who say they don,t own the debt ,so now I must send a separate letter to Lloyds the lender is that correct,lloyds are also claiming for an overdraft of £2000.17 will that mean sending separate letters to Lloyds other than the one for the credit card,so that will make three separate letters in all is this correct,i thank you in anticipation for all your help GOD BLESS

Hi,

Moorcroft are only acting as agents & will probably pass it back to Lloyds now. Lloyds will probably use another agent ,if & when that happens send the letters for agents. https://goodf.forumotion.com/t1163-new-alternative-letters-for-dca-s-acting-as-agents

Lloyds will at some point may sell it on .Then use the letters for purchasers. https://goodf.forumotion.com/t1131-new-3-letters-for-debt-purchasers.

I'v just noticed Lloyds are making 2 separate claims overdraft/ credit card .Are they chasing each separatley ? if so deal with them separatly .

hi Dave just to keep you posted on the advice you gave me ,I finished the letters to Moorcroft and sent the estoppel heard nothing since,i sent thee letters to Lloyds for each alleged debt iv,e had no reply about either of them I will be sending them the two estoppels at the end of august I will let you know how I go on with them.thanks again for your help and advice ,I will be in touch best regards john

From what i have read these letters are spot on! not having to deal directly with dca over debt but with utilities have modified what has been written & the results have been - well what do I say? simply put most of the time either reply with inane comments or NOT at all - a winner!
