Hi,
It would be nice to see topics on how to deal with energy companies (check endorsements and other how to's and references), also some Trust stuff and also I would like to learn more about the Equity if possible. Also, It would be useful to see some tutorials on how to build your bundle and prepare for the court. You know, details what to send an when. I know it's a little bit broad but the only way people can stand for themselves is not to give them a fish but to teach them how to catch it. Anyway, advise on this site is of great value, just people should understand why / what they doing and when.

jsicho, the problems with court stuff is that you have to get it right or any claim will be rejected and you can spend a lot of money and lose a claim at the first hurdle if you get it wrong.

This is compounded by the fact that with several courts and many different types of claim is that they bay follow a few similar rules, then they all become different.

Trusts are equally contentious as again there are so many different types and so many people with different requirements from a trust that nobody can use a "one size fits all" approach method to them, I use trusts and have had to use more than one just to suit my requirements and this is where the problems lie, who wants what, who needs what, and what if their circumstances change along with their requirements.

I do agree with your sentiments, if you have experience in one or more of these areas then please feel free to share them and help others do the same.

Hi assassin,

Unfortunately, I'm not a pro in this. Like many other members, I'm trying to get my head around the stuff and learn as much as possible because it is very interesting.

Instead of posting the detailed topics, I thought about general things like for example energies :
1. you endorse the check
2. if they refuse it you have to write protest within 3 days
3. etc
etc.

The thing is, that if we could point people to the right documents ( books, law, statutes ), they could learn and start a discussion.

I'm fully aware that every single case has its own conditions and there isn't one and the same way to address all of them, but we could build topics with resources and discussions, which would explain terms, meanings, processes and requirements.

Only my 2 cc.

This is the problem, you cannot post a little as there s a lot to learn, if general information was posted it may give people a little knowledge and this is a major problem in itself as often a little knowledge is dangerous as people understand the little knowledge.
