HMRC INCOME TAX

HI
I have a income tax bill that was not payed, the HMRC pasted this over to a DCA working on their behalf.
i sent a letter to them saying i would pay £1 a month as am on benefits,they got back to be wanting me to fill in and income expenditure form, do i have to do this for them and whats the best way to deal with this. Thanks

LionsShare,thanks for that,cop tax? mine is for income tax thats now pasted over to a DCA & not sure how to deal with this.

the only thing i can suggest is to re-write to hmrc ask for a new bill for a non commercial agreement.Things have changed slightly regarding "Transcash" but as per that video you could go from there.

instruct dca to hand back to revenue as the revenue will ONLY get paid & NOT dca.

Try to start things over, if you can get to a stage where you ONLY deal with revenue you may have a chance!

the fact it is income tax does NOT matter (non commercial agreement)

don't know, cannot find any vids!

all I can say from experience is try it, I have with utilities & had limited success!
