hello dose anybody know where I could get the court pack from mentioned buy mark ,kevin and paul webster on how to pay your bills buy endorsement ,

If you research those vids I mentioned in the threads, the docs you require can be found on tinterweb & downloaded to make your pack.

in 1 of your previous posts you mentioned getting the joint giro accepted by the post office without extra cash/cheque, if you don't mind me asking, how did you do it?

well I past it though the window she took it scanned it and looked at me , I said has that gone through, she said yes its gone through £80.84 pls , I said no I,ve just phoned edf up which I had, and said if I take this to the post office is that it transferred cause it says no fee at po counter, cheque acceptable at po counter the edf staff member said yes.[ obviously can get copy of conversation public records]. so off I went. but the lady would not have it said she deals with these every day and you need to pay the post office £80.84 I said no has that gone through you said its gone through she said again yes its gone though but you owe po , so back on the phone to edf and that's when it all started. it was the staff that's put a stop to this in my opinion the lady had canceled the payment, post office runs everything [Vatican] through its maritime shipping lanes ,

ive now asked to see edf company memorandum/ articles of associations to see if its edf or staff that's causing me all these problems, ive also asked to see edf letters or should I say [ steve hayfields ] letters in the correct parse-sintax grammer for the voidance of perjury . I can not understand his letter, contract law you must provide dictionary and thesaurus so you can understand there language. have you looked into the disability act , they are disabling you from understanding there language, they are disabling you from using the bills of exchange like it or not we have been disabled from the so called contracts .

Hi, having done things slightly different to you. It looks like they are charging you for a service that as you stated "no fee at PO counter" you should not really have to pay. If you have managed to get it cleared without extra cash or cheque then good well done that's a start, hopefully its cleared & there should be no come back as you say from EDF.

The £80.84 I have absolutley no idea what that is for. Checking Memorandum Of Association I don't think will give what you seek. It may be well worth asking someone who is really in the "know" at the post office, I am fairly sure if extra cash or cheque had accompanied then there would be no charge, back in the day when I took extra cash or cheque I was not charged any extra or an extortionate amount like that.

All you can do is ask!

well it defo got cleared infront of me but I think the po canceled it when I walked away, so edf claim it didn't get cleared, so I did it the way stated on your vids, edf claim they never got it, this ended up going through ombudsman with the verdict it needs higher judgement from the courts and with agreement from me that it requires county court, but edf must not of agreed so under steve hayfields threatening letters of violence towards me and my property, I paid again the bill of £80.84 buy bank transfer. iam looking for the information that you show on your vids that proves companies deal and accept promissory notes bills exchange etc, what I call company memorandum and articles of information
iam now doing this the 2nd time your way again this time they have the bill and have sent it back ive done a notice protest and sent the bill back its looking like all this missing in the post stuff has started again although its been sent sign for , so steve hayfields letters have started again, iam now waiting for response ive also started emailing the docs before I post them just to make sure they have them

Memorandum Of Association, apply to ALL companies irrespective of trade sector & are issued by companies house.

what it says really, it brings you back to the life of the living as such , in 1 of my earlier post I mention I asked to see the letters in the correct parse-sintax-grammar for the voidance of perjury, that's because their letters are poetry all this [ you,i,we,your,] theres no closure to what they write who/what is you/we/your etc, they are using pronouns and that violates contract writing there is to many meanings to their words , if I said to you [what is your name] well I've just called you a [ what]. go watch :judge- ;david-wynn:miller on youtube and defo, mark christpher on you tube

in the video it is not clear who got arrested, it may have been the "defendant", I don't know. But I suppose those b'stards actually got in, I hope not. Pay by endorsement is really tough, from experience!
