then go to court and argue the points raised, there will be plenty of case law examples for no default notice and no one to argue against you.

they definiatly did just got a copy of a CCA and pasted her current name, not an accurate reconstrustion

I write I think their evience is inaccurate and they must of made mistakes somewhere, as letter dates dont add up and CCA title on signiture is not right. I just word it like that

no, that is too much information

just say that they have failed to provide a compliant copy of the agreement reconstituted or otherwise dont say what the issue is else they will submit another one which is correct !! save your reasons and evidence for the judge.

and use the default argument i gave you before.

no fiddling, no doctoring, no mistakes just simple arguments as soon as you accuse them of anything criminal it moves into common law and removes jurisdiction from the judge you do not want to go that route.

ok did tha, just sent whitness statement as you wrote (also had to send copy of statement to claimant), and sent letter to DCA and Scolicitors asking for deeds, also sent copy of the letter to court. thats it. Very Happy
