The Affidavit of status is stage 1,

Letter of Appointee/Executor is Stage 2

and now we need to all do our due diligence and read about the "Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (this will become our Stage 3):

We need to learn about this.  We all know how the Banks have total control upon our lives and keep us being indebted to them.  This Act enslaves us all from the age of 7, by putting in place a lawful Lien.  This is one of the many reasons why the Social Services can take our property (children).  We need to bring this to an end.

This goes back historically as there used to be three types of law, most scholars were taught Roman Law and this was the most popular followed by the Law of The Canons which was the law of the Catholic church and finally Manorial Law which was the law of that manor made by the Lord of the manor.

When Orange Billy introduced Common Law the Law of the canons became eclisiastical law and was basically a renamed law of the canons and was Catholic as only the Catholic church could enforce laws and write affidavits under God and apparently they are the only religion recognised by god and this is the same reason any religious figure can bless a haunted house but only Catholic Priests specially trained in exorcisms can undertake an exorcism.

I totally agree Dave and to best their fake system we have to understand it, how it works, and how it came about and evolved so we can establish what came before.

People can see for themselves that there are three types of claimed law so it clearly shows there is no definitive law so it comes down to peoples beliefs and their threats and attempts to claim theirs is law. People were generally afraid as the catholic church was powerful and had powerful families within it and many were lords of the manor and switched between legislation to suit themselves and nothing has changed.

This, if actual is a huge red flag that can of course be used to reiterate the information many have been trying to get across to those who follow dictates of their government, however the German Gov. could be sued technically for non-disclosure and liability in regards to their policy on vaccines, I would have thought.

I would like to see confirmation of this. with regards to enforcement ,i
would think it would be easy ,as all those jabbed will be on a database.
They were all very quick to queue up for it ,also thinking they were so
clever flashing their QR codes.
Maybe they can convince themselves that not being allowed to drive
will be for the public good.

In 1929 in the United Kingdom with the Local Government Act (1929), the Boards of Guardians as well as the position of Clerk of Guardians were finally “abolished” by allocating their powers to a different office:

(i) Board of Guardians became Council of a County or Borough; and

(ii) Clerk to the Guardians became Clerk of the County Council or Town Clerk; and

(iii) Guardian as an individual became a member of the Council of a County or Borough; and

(iv) Poor Law Union became a County or Borough.

I would also add this is the setting up of a Trust or perhaps the Local Gov't Act 1888 may have done that?

I was thinking more along the lines of people acquiring counterfeit vaccine paperwork and or others who are actually vaccinated buying the car on the unvaccinated's behalf, which is how most things develop when restrictions are put in place. However ultimately the proposal is of course unlawful and therefore unenforceable. I guess the state of apathy is so pervasive that they will go along with it, sadly for all of us.
