Starting The Process Empty Starting The Process

Post by assassin Mon Jun 28, 2021 2:39 am

Before embarking upon the three letters process it is prudent to prepare and to get the preperation right, this section is primarily for those embarking on the three letters process, but also applies to any other processes such as NoCA.

Before embarking on this process it is prudent to collect and store your paperwork in the correct date order, I do this by buying cheap ring binder folders which a local cheap shop has for sale at 2 for £1 which makes them 50p each. Next I use the clear plastic wallets as these come with punched holes in them and you can put two documents into them facing outwards, this means you can read the documents in date order when you insert them into your ring binders.

Next I have a date stamp and an ink pad, as correspondence is received or sent it can be stamped with the date it is received, or any correspondence which is sent, this ensures clarity and protects against the nerfarious practices debt collectors, and others employ which is printing out documentation and holding onto it to lessen the response time you have as this creates panic and forces you to rush into a response and rushed responses equate to mistakes which they exploit. By stamping the date they are received you can show this as a singular occurence or a regular thing and in one case I dealt with the debt collector was posting correspondence 2 - 3 weeks after it was dated. This clearly showed the debt collector was using this trick as a regular occurence and a Judge ruled this as procedural impropriety and fraudulent.

Finally I have rolls of stick on labels, these are stuck to both the edge and front of my folder so they can be easily found when on the shelves. When you win your case you can remove the labels and use the folder again, for another case.

Why do you put two letters into a clear punched pocket? because you can read both letters and in date order, you can refer back to a specific letter they refer to on a specific date, and it makes things much simpler. I have dealt with cases where a DCA refers to a letter dated ****** which doesn't exist and by having your correspondence easily read, and in date order, you can read the letter.

Why date stamp the date correspondence is received? because it looks professional, it also shows this is a routine practise and you do this with all correspondence, and it shows evidence of DCA's engaging in nerfarious practises such as holding correspondence for a couple of weeks before posting it to you. It also acts as useful evidence of nerfarious practices when originally their correespodence took 3-4 days to arrive then suddenly it takes three weeks to arrive, great evidence.
Date stamps or universal stamps can be bought cheaply for around £5 upwards and my universal stamp cost £13 and has many functions, an ink pad costs a couple of pounds and they last for at least a couple of years, so what colour ink pad: avoid black and use red or blue, I prefer blue as it scans and copies better than red.

Do the basics right.
