Well I Never

I went to work in my car today and very glad I did as when I got home there was an RSPCA van parked in my gate which prevented me getting in, there was a woman trying to peek through my large gates. I pulled up and told her to get off my property immediately or she would be removed; she tried engaging me in conversation and was asked if she was leaving, she tried again to engage me in conversation and I reversed my 4X4 to the back of her van and got my 30 tonne recovery strap out and connected the rear of her van to my car and dragged her van right up the road to my boundary and left her van there. Its tyres must have got hot as they were smoking, or possibly having a Woodbine.

As I returned she was calling the po-lice and I told her again to remove herself from my property (knowing the po-lice would be recording this) and if she didn't immediately remove herself reasonable force would be used to remove her; she then claimed it was a public road and was told it wasn't as very large signs ( 6' X 4') are at the top of my PRIVATE ROAD and she was told to get off my property and not return and she walked off back to her van which was forcibly removed and now on public property.

Po-lice arrived and she claimed she was threatened with violence and she was on a public road, I pointed at my two very large signs and the barrier now installed across the top of my road and merely claimed that she had to stop and open the barrier and should have read the signs, if she claims she did not see them then she needs an eye test as she does not meet the requirements for driving; they actually gave her a roadside eye test using their vehicle, she passed. I asked for her details and she refused and tried to make a complaint against me and the lice refused as she was clearly on private property and had been told to leave, they even told her she was comitting a criminal offence by not removing herself, and that she may as well provide me with her details as I will submit a Subject Access Request and they would have to provide them anyway so she provided them.

Affidavit on the way to her for £1000. but the RSPCA, well, they bring the highest number of private proseecutions in the UK and now I am going to prosecute them in eactly the same way now.

It was annoying as allegedly, they were there to check on the welfare of the swans on the lake, apart from two swans they are all wild and came freely anf can leave freely, there was (according to them) no complaint made so what were they working on? an assumption of something; non assumpsit springs to mind, so why were they actually there.

She wasn't a vet so how can she check on something, she called the po-lice and so did I, but I called them something and not on the phone: its their pure arrogance which annoys me in thinking they can go anywhere they like and do what they like and the lice will always back them; not this time.
