Tid-bits, Nuggets and Pearls Empty Tid-bits, Nuggets and Pearls

Post by Guest Thu Jul 20, 2017 11:43 am

Hi all

Thought i'd start a thread on useful bits and pieces, please feel free to deposit your own. i intend to post as and when tid-bits, nuggets and pearls occur to me.

'No truth or facts shall be heard in this court' is something said in the magician's courts, this confused me when i heard Troy mention it so maybe others are confused too. Turns out it's quite simple - 'truth' = affidavit, 'fact' = living man

Full translation: 'We are dealing in fiction/pretend law here, we can only deal with other fictions (Mr.'s) and to acknowledge a living man with an affidavit of truth would dispel the illusion and change the jurisdiction in this action to that of common-law'

Or more simply: 'la la la la la can't hear you la la la la la fingers in ears la la la la can't hear you la la la la......'

Cheers!

Tid-bits, Nuggets and Pearls Empty Re: Tid-bits, Nuggets and Pearls

A former polceman went to court over a speeding fine. The magistrate told him that common law could not be used in her court. He asked what are they were doing here. The magistrate asked him as to what he meant and he said that she swore an oath under common law as a magistrate. If you deny common law then why are we here?. In the end he won.

Hi 1saberwow

Ha! So they DO know common-law when it suits them!

Anyways.... found out recently that T.H.E.Y. shouldn't be sending 'offers to contract' either from or to a PO Box address as a PO Box is a NON-CONTRACTING ADDRESS!

i'm sure some of us can make use of this....

Cheers!

Post by Little D Thu Jul 20, 2017 5:17 pm

Hey,

They do indeed know & use common-law when it fits the narrative, otherwise I guess they just create advisory groups to set it aside,

National Information Governance Board for Health and Social Care

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Information_Governance_Board_for_Health_and_Social_Care

The National Information Governance Board for Health and Social Care (NIGB) was established in the United Kingdom under section 157[1] of the Health and Social Care Act 2008, with effect from October 2008, with a range of advisory functions relating to information governance. From January 2009, the NIGB also gained functions under section 251[2] of the NHS Act 2006 which had previously been held by the Patient Information Advisory Group (PIAG) until its abolition. These functions were to advise the Secretary of State for Health on the use of powers to set aside the common law duty of confidentiality in England where identifiable patient information is needed and where consent is not practicable. From 1 April 2013, the NIGB's functions for monitoring and improving information governance practice have transferred to the Care Quality Commission, which established a National Information Governance Committee to oversee this work. Functions relating to section 251 of the NHS Act 2006 (access to people’s personal and confidential information for research purposes) were transferred to the Health Research Authority's Confidentiality Advisory Group.[3]

National Health Service Act 2006 := http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2006/41/contents

I guess it would be pretty easy to manufacture situations where it is not 'practicable' to get consent.

One such argument I have seen used is along the lines of 'We sent a million patients data at once, it is not practicable to contact a million patients every time we do this requesting 'consent''.

Tid-bits, Nuggets and Pearls Empty Re: Tid-bits, Nuggets and Pearls

Hi actinglikeabanker

The feckin' feckers! Put that together with the campaign to make organ donation an opt-out rather than an opt-in system, and then the 'legal' trade in organs can really compete with the black market....

Anyways.... for anyone looking down the wrong end of a piece of legsisbreakin.... ahem, legislation i thought of a little twist to the 'NAME'-game. Just for LionsShare i'll use CT as the example.

Copyright laws are tough, right?

Dear Council

i was delighted to receive your 'demand for council tax' and i really hope we can do business together. However, i notice that you are using 'legislation' to facilitate your extortion, and whilst i don't mind (per se) i do need to ask - for my own piece of mind - whether you have the permission of the copyright holder, the Crown Corporation i believe, to use their work in this manner? After all, your company is not owned by the Crown Corp., so you would need their permission, yes?
So before i can authorise any payment to your good selves i need your confirmation that you do indeed have permission to use Crown Copyright legislation.

Yours patiently
S. Martarse

If they respond to that you've got them!

Tid-bits, Nuggets and Pearls Empty Re: Tid-bits, Nuggets and Pearls

Post by Guest Sat Jul 22, 2017 6:23 pm

Hi all

Ausk asked, so.... Two Ways to De-reg a 'Vehicle'.

This is just info i have come across and my opinion, posted for your entertainment, and imo you would be mad to do this if you aren't also already trying to escape The Matrix.

If you should choose to try this, be aware you should really REALLY :
a) know the difference between 'lawful' and 'legal'
b) " " " " 'man' and 'person'
c) " " " " 'travelling' and 'driving'
d) be using a really cheap car because you need to:
e) accept that T.H.E.Y. will still want to steal your car (despite it being outside of their jurisdiction) even though they can't charge 'you' with anything.
f) know thyself and fear not.

Contrary to popular belief, the DVLA have never owned your car. By signing the V5 you put it into the Crown Trust that bears 'your' name. In return the Crown allows your 'person' the use of the (now) vehicle as an 'employee' of said Trust, providing you with limited liability as long as you agree to comply with the relevant regulations and stand surety for any infractions of such.

These methods cover a vehicle already registered in 'your' name:

1) Export it. Just a tear-off slip on the V5 asking for a date of export and a signature. The consensus seems to be that you should replace the plates with your own - et voila! i dare say you should bear in mind how much attention you wish to attract when choosing a new number.....

2) Cancel your signature. Write to the CEO of the DVLA (via posh post) advising him that as you weren't given details of the full terms of the agreement and that as you have yet to be offered any consideration you are now cancelling/revoking/rescinding your signature on the V5 you completed for (reg, make, model) and that as Mr Your Name no longer has any association with said item he should amend his records accordingly.

With both methods the 'vehicle' is no longer registered to a 'person' and reverts to being just a 'possession' or 'belonging'.

Be sure to have a receipt. You may also wish to write a 'Notice: to Whom It May Concern' stating that Mr Your Name has donated this item (vin number) as a gift free of lien and encumbrance to 'christian-name (s)' .

Have 2 or 3 people witness you sign it as your 'person'.

Then write a 'Notice of Acceptance' to Whom It May Concern, stating that you, 'christian-name', do acknowledge receipt and accept the gift of (vin number) from Mr Your Name free of lien and encumbrance.

Have 2 or 3 people witness you autograph (without prejudice, all rights reserved) as yourself.

Take copies of these notices before mailing them (again, and always, posh post) to yourself and DON'T OPEN IT! Keep it for when it's needed.....

i repeat - unless you are making a serious attempt to leave the system..... leave it alone!

(.....and good luck!)

Cheers!

Tid-bits, Nuggets and Pearls Empty Re: Tid-bits, Nuggets and Pearls

Post by Guest Sun Jul 23, 2017 1:30 pm

Greetings

What does a scrivener do? In my ignorance i thought he wrote the 'laws', but this is impossible as Law comes from....well.... God.

What the scrivener does is write 'legislation' or to put it another way - he writes contracts, that are 'given the force of law by the consent of the governed'. These are 'pretensive' (another word with no legal definition) contracts - PRETEND contracts that involve 'acting' of the participating 'players'. For any of these 'Acts' to apply to one, one has to agree to 'pretend' to be a 'dead thing'.

Ever wondered why the po-po need 'pretensive joinder' every time they wish to apply an Act? Even with repeat 'offenders' of whom they already have the information they ask for (name, dob, address)? The 'offender' has to VOLUNTEER this info for the application of the Act to be legitimised.

This is because each time they apply an Act it constitutes a new contract, and each individual contract requires 'consent' from both parties to the contract. Consent is given by submitting to the requests/demands of the offerer of the contract - aka the police officer (or any other tax collector) . Once he has 'pretensive joinder' to a 'pretensive contrAct' you are seen as being obliged to perform under that contrAct and dealt with accordingly.

So don't consent.....

Cheers!

Interest yes, but experience, no!

I remember the vid of the chap sitting on his car, he had sent in to de-reg. And he did it. It was a few years ago.

But folk experimented and found it to fail more than succeed! Until someone did it via an 'un' prefix. And then the issue died on you tube.

Hi Tom Bombadil

Yes, it did go quiet on yt, i wondered about that.

So the prefix made all the difference? i see what you mean then. Fortunately it doesn't matter to the procedures i posted as they both mean the car is not registered to a person.

Do you recall who it was who 'un'registered?

As I look, i get the impression that these things are less and less viewed, so the you tube algorithms send them to the back of beyond! Or they are hidden or taken down.

I will have to get that drive working. There is an advert on the Richey Allen show that I need to contact me thinks.

Yeah!  Those are the original.  Ta much.  But I remember others towards the end.  There was a girl that did it too, though as the 'fad' died, I didnt maintain an interest!  This girl ... ahh cant do a link just yet. Look on boob toob for; Hanna Rose Reply from the dvla.

My area of interest is in living on the land lawfully and legally.  Related to the registration, I am finding farmers registering their tractors and quads and other bits of 'drive' machines for no reason.

I intend to not reg my tractor.  Or my quad!  (When i can afford them

Hey iamani,

Not sure, in all honesty I didn't watch them fully just Tom's reference to 'remember the vid of the chap sitting on his car' was enough to find a guy sitting on his car talking about dvla, de-registering etc.

I recall the hype going round about this 'right to travel' etc but it just seemed like to much of a headache for me to get into at the time so you probably know more about it than me.

I can remove the vids if they are not the vid's Tom was referring to or, of any help to the thread.
