What Is Energy?

Energy can be anything as the foundation of life is energy itself, without energy we wouldn't be here as we would all be dead.

Most people perceive energy as gas which comes through the main gas pipe, the electricity that comes through the cables, the petrol or diesel which goes into our vehicles to allow us to travel; but energy is much more than that, and we have to remember the circle of life as we take in energy and expend that energy as human beings, so lets take the focus away from what many people percieve as "traditional energy" and look in a broader way at energy.

First we have to remember that all energy comes from the sun so everything is solar energy and without this solar energy we would all be dead, but how?

If we as human beings do any form of work we actually use our energy to do that work so we are expending energy to do work, and as we also know we cannot create or destroy energy as all we can do is change it from one form of energy to another form of energy, so as humans where does our energy come from, of course it comes from the food we eat and this is grown, remember the circle of life, everything that is grown is energy in itself as plants take up nutrients from the soil and as sun hits the plants it creates growth using photosynthesis to convert these nutrients into plant food. We pick the food and eat it, or we use it to feed young animals which have stopped suckling on their mothers teats which makes them grow into other forms of food which in this case are meat, we slaughter these animals and use the meat as food energy along with our vegetables and the waste of an animal such as a cow is turned into leather from their skins, offal is used for other animal feeds, while the blood and bones are turned onto garden feed products.

Perceived wisdom says we should get a job and work for an employer and get paid for it, WHY? Because over the generations the power of money has been enhanced due to some very carefully contrived schemes by numerous people to make money the focus of everything and make it into a dominant entity which rules our very existance, so why do we allow it to happen? because some very powerful and influential figures are involved such as Governments, so let me quantify that statement. We go to work and earn money, before we even see that money the Government extracts around a third of it in taxes such as income tax and National Insurance contributions before we even see it, then we get other taxes on everyday items we buy, we fill our cars with fuel and we pay fuel duty and VAT, we buy clothes and we pay tax and VAT, is the picture becoming clearer, we are taxed or robbed of our earnings at every level and the recipients are the Government.

If we take a different view and choose not to donate a huge percentage of our earnings in taxes we can expend our physical energy into doing work for ourselves and keep 100% of our energy instead of donating it to a percentage of it to a Government in the form of taxes, thus keeping 100% of our energy for ourselves. If we look at an example of this: if you have a woodburning stove and a supply of trees along with a chainsaw you can use your energy solely for your benefit by not buying wood and going to collect it and cut it up yourself, so lets put this into financial terms.

If you earn £10 per hour with time and a half for a Saturday morning working overtime you earn £15 per hour, you work 6 hours of overtime and you earn £90 for that mornings work, Government take a third of this in taxes meaning you come home with £60 for that mornings work and the Government get one third of your energy for doing nothing.
A bag of logs costs around £60 for a 1 tonne bag, so you have earned one bag of logs for giving your energy to your employer.

If you have a chainsaw and you dont do the overtime at work and go and collect your logs what does it cost? you go and expend your energy for yourself and cut up 1 tonne of logs and barrow them home, it costs a little in petrol and oil for your chainsaw and you keep the logs for yourself, you dont pay any tax on your energy and in reality most people can cut and collect several tonnes of logs in the six hours you would be at work.

Since the Schumann Resonance has had sudden spikes between 12 – 16.5 Hz, I found this even more interesting. In Neurofeedback, 12-15 Hz is called Sensory-Motor Rhythm frequency (SMR). It is an ideal state of “awakened calm.” Our thought processes are clearer and more focused, yet we are still “in the flow” or “in the now.”

“In other words, Mother Earth is shifting her vibrational frequency and perhaps so are we. This may be one of many signs that we are AWAKENING.” So let’s do our best to be part of this change.

Thank you for that, Tlight, what an interesting article. I understood the author to mean that the frequencies of men and women's thinking/feeling may be having an effect upon the Schumann Resonance. This ties in perfectly with the notion of changing one's attitude to create a different reality. This is what is described and experienced by those who follow the path of wisdom and compassion taught by the Buddha. Certainly travellers to Tibet described a very different 'world' there before the invasion, and many westerners have since been exposed to the teachings once kept in the mountain temples. As David R. Hawkins shows in his book 'Power vs Force', the high frequencies of truth, courage, love, gratitude and compassion can never be defeated by lies, shame, guilt and sadness.
