£18600 rule With one child £22400 this is what you need to earn each year before tax, if you are British citizen, married to a non-eu person, for a spouse visa,
The spouse visa is for 5 years , with one child you will have to pay Theresa Mays government about £15000 in this 5 years , plus 3 English test , at the end there is one more test called  ( life in the uk test ) and you will have to do your biometrics fingerprints 3 time , just in case you change your fingerprints

if you lose your job your wife husband child can be deported, if you dont make the £18600 or £22400 if one child, your wife husband or your child can be deported, i read someone was only 50p under the £18600 and was deported , yes you can appeal , this cost about £2500 each time ,
yes our Theresa may made this rule , the woman with no children.

i found these videos  ,please watch

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cB9RaiY9HBE

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SWp5Tr7I4xM

But remember this is only if you are a British citizan ,
On the application form if you make a mistake and you had to pay £5000 , yes £5000 you will lose this money
my wife and child is from Ukraine and i can tell you , when Theresa May tells you , its about not being a tax burden on the taxpayer is a lie,
if you are BRITISH  married to a non-eu  you cant claim any benefits full stop , my wife could not even use the jobcentre to look for work ,
its all about making money for the government , Theresa may used divide and conquer to make this work she she knew the British feelings on immigration,

They are trying to create a Hatred of Brexit.
In particular it seems to be aimed at the Middle Classes.
Shows how much the Vote to leave pissed them off.
Im sorry to hear how bad it has hit you
Petesomething.

Maybe there is some way to challenge the legislation ?
I mean people from outside the EU dont seem to do too badly.

Hi society of the spectacle,

Thank you.

I remember watching one of ceylon's video's and he mentioned about divide and conquer. Theresa May and her government knew about the British people's feelings on immigration, when she made the new immigration rules on the spouse visa to make money, but can,t  blame british people the way they feel, no homes, no school places, hard to get into doctors and hospitals.

But who do you blame

I remember working with a Polish guy, I asked him what made you move to the UK? He said the agencies were advertising in Poland, for Polish workers. So who gains?

1: Government in extra taxes.
2: The councils, more council tax.
3: The agencies.
4: The big fat bosses, who pay them minimum wages, slave labour, also good for the bosses because it keeps the british wages low.
5; landlords

I remember my wife coming home from work very angry one day, she worked with a Russian woman who is married to a Polish guy. At her work place they were asked to do extra work, the Russian woman turned around and said "I cannot do any overtime or else I would lose my benefits." My wife said "you are Russian, not part of the EU", she replied "because I am married to a Polish guy, I am entitled to benefits and don,t need a spouse visa, and it is not my fault you married a English guy and not entitled to any benefits."

My wife said to her "We don't expect benefits."

Theresa May said on british TV, the british people who marry non-eu cannot be a burden on the tax payer and should be able to support themselves. Myself and my wife both agree with this, the thing what pissed me off, under the visa rule we cannot claim benefits of any kind full stop or else my wife and child would be deported.

Also I will tell you what happens in the job centre, myself and my wife went to the Northampton Job Centre. The security woman on the desk said what do you want, I said my wife just wants to use the computers to look for a job. We were told, she could not use them. I said she is not working at the moment. I looked in the job centre and I could see some Somalian's, Polish and other nationalities. I said how come they can use the computer systems, is it because my wife married a british guy?

She called a male security officer over and told us to get out of the building, as I was being prejudice and if i did not leave, she would call the police. My wife could not understand why these other foreigners could use the job centre, but because she was married to English guy and could not claim benefits, she could not even use a computer in the job centre. Even though my taxes pay for all this.

The woman in the first video, i felt really sorry for her. The worst story I read is when Theresa May's government deported a 2 year old child and said if the child has not got anyone to look after it in it's own country, then it would have to go into care. But the mother and  English father left England in the end. Basically he lost his job, but found another job straight away, but he was about £5 under the £22,400.

please don't blame the EU people blame the Government.

I think you just gained insight into why the want mass immigration.

No point in blaming the govt, they are simply rolling out the agenda set by others. Blame those who do nothing about it.
