Dont use 'belief' in affidavits for this reason

Found this on my computer today.

Statements like “best of information and belief' or “best of personal knowledge and belief,” ought not be used as both 'information and belief' equal second hand information.

Understanding on the other hand is objective and subject to change with further learning or new knowledge.

An affidavit sworn as to be belief is not Prima Facie because its simply not factual on its face.

Belief is subjective and not liable to change by the presentation of other information or evidence.

Suggest something like: "This affidavit has been made with appropriate due diligence and to the best understanding and knowledge of the deponent."

Sorry, but I disagree. People change their beliefs all the time. Just look at how many people change their religious beliefs for example. And religious belief often runs very deep. Also, you seem to have confused objective and subjective.

objective : not influenced by personal feelings, interpretations, or prejudice; based on facts; unbiased: an objective opinion.
subjective : relating to properties or specific conditions of the mind as distinguished from general or universal experience.

you seem confused , perhaps too eager to start an argument like normal , how many accounts now?

Possibly using a smartphone or tablet on 4g which does not have static ip addresses.
