Serving Paperwork

When it comes to the DWP I often get asked how I serve paperwork, well, this is simple.

These along with many other corporations are introducing gatekeepers in the form of large mail handling centres which are centralised to a regional area or district and they filter out such documentation by "losing it" or "there was a glitch with the electronic systems" as the usual excuses, but there is a much easier way to serve paperwork which bypasses the mail handling centres and this is to do it yourself, but you need to do this in a specific way and use the correct methods and procedures and follow them to the letter.

You need to take a witness and this witness must be over 18 years of age and on the electoral register to vote, you both go to the local jobcentre and serve the paperwork on ANY member of jobcentre staff and they are then served, never fall into the trap of dealing with site security or others such as these as they are NOT DWP staff and often they try to intercept anyone going into a jobcentre and ask what they want, it is none of their business and they have no authority to expect or demand information from you.
If you encounter any problems with them then tell them to fetch the Customer Services Manager and you will deal with them and nobody else and remind security staff that their role according to official DWP sources is merely to protect the building, so f*ck off and check the doors and windows.

Get the name of the Customer Services Manager by looking around, as you go into the joncentre there is usually a notice stating who is the customer services manager on that day, and when they come over to you then ask for their name and position and record this information. Give them your documentation and they are served.

When you get home you get your witness to write out an Affidavit of Truth and sign it, you also make out your affidavit of truth and you make three copies of the completed and signed affidavit and you give them theirs and you keep the copies.

If you get the usual excuses then you can counter them, they often claim that paperwork was not served; you have your affidavits and your witneses to prove they were: they often claim that it went to the wrong department or to the wrong person, tough, you served them on a DWP member of staff and they are served, it is their responsibility to pass them to the correct person or department and not yours, you have served them upon the DWP and this is your only requirement and nothing else, they are served.
