This is something we have been working on for a little while and it may be useful for site members.

Most bailiffs and debt collectors operate around the country and they use satellite technologies to locate and find addresses and many vehicles are tracked through this technology, recently a neighbour had bailiffs turn into his farmyard and park up, he has signs clearly stating that unauthorised persons setting foot on his land agree to his charges of £50 per 5 minute block, or part 5 minute block and this is currently being used against them. His property and assets are all in trust and his trustees

Most modern cars have satellite tracking linked directly to the manufacturers databases and they set their systems to this automatically when they sell a new vehicle, and they keep this data for varying lengths of time and they can track every movement of any of their vehicles they sell, so lets turn this to our advantage.

These debt collectors drove onto the neighbours property and they denied doing this, so their first downfall led to my neighbour speaking to the trustees, who are actually solicitors, and we devised the following plan, they went and got a court order for the vehicle manufacturer, the second sat nav system they use, and both of their mobile phones they used and this allowed them to retrieve their location data, and both the vehicles sat nav and their secondary system claims to be accurate to 2 metres, their phones claim to be even more accurate. Measuring the neighbours property revealed it is 27 metres from his entrance to the point there vehicle was parked, and this was captured on 2 CCTV cameras, so irrefutible, and the data the solicitors got back was totally bombproof.

Both sat nav systems showed the location to within 2 metres accuracy which confirmed they were on the property.
Both mobile phone tracking systems showed they were on the property.

Times were taken from the data on his CCTV cameras, but the vehicle on board tracking system also showed the route they took and this was confirmed by their mobile phones as to get to his property they have to travel along a private road owned by me, so a second claim is being submitted by his solicitors on my behalf, and these are all plus costs.
