Robinson way

Just after some info, I was paying Robinson way £20 a month for a debt with Vanquis so i decided to stop paying and asked them to prove the debt they sent me a letter in due course saying that they had returned the debt back to Vanquis not sure if this is a good thing or bad thing, Thank you

Welcome. Ok so they have returned the alleged debt to Vanquis according to what you have said. So wait to hear from Vanquis and we can take it from there.

Update............Vanquis have now sold the debt to Lowell portfolio, Just waiting on them to prove the debt or not, will post an update

just been reading this one, i assume you have received '2' notices of assignment ? keep them safe as these may be of value later on down the line.

paying robinson way £20 per month will not help but we will see. How long ago did you default on this with vanquis.

I stopped paying Robinson way 12 months ago... I haven't paid vanquis directly for about 2 years or so... when i hear of Lowell i will keep this updated, they have not proved the alleged debt as yet, cheers.

ok we will wait to hear from lowell

defaulted about 2 years ago, Rob way would have been collecting for vanquis so effectively you have been paying vanquis up to 12 months ago.

Update on Lowell we are playing cat and mouse at the moment because they have not provided what is asked for in the three letter process but keep saying that they have responded to my query so at the moment the debt is unenforceable at law so just waiting for them to provide the paper work or for them to accept the fact, we will wait and see.

Yep that’s all they can do, ie in effect harass you until you give in, which you won’t I’m sure Smile
