Stile, I would suggest researching this yourself as they can be complex things and there are many types of trusts available and the most common mistake people make is to set up the wrong sort of trust.

Any trust has several defining factors and one simple explanation is a couple in their late 20's with two small children who set up a trust which works for them at that time, and as children grow up they get girlfriends/boyfriends and leave home, you also get older and retire, and a well set up trust has to work for you at all stages of your life, and in all eventualities.

I agree with assassin, I looked into this some time ago (Prof Alistair Hudson on youtube explains them well)
However there are many out there explaining the workings of various trusts ,but I have never come across
one that explains the nuts & bolts of how to physically set one up.
