credit card come back alive, HELP

Hi guys, finally i have found this website.

I have a debt regarding credit card for around 15000$ its accumulated to $27000 (statements from DP) , i have asked the DP for my signed agreement/contract, statements , etc back in 2017, when I asked, one of the representative told me that they did not have those paperworks. They went silenced for two years.

Now 2020 they have sent me statements from OC (wrong fonts, no barcodes ), online application ( just three pages of application about my details nothing else, they did not supply any signed agreement nor contract and they said "Online Application form with Financial Table – This application demonstrates the information you provided on the application as well as the credit fees and charges, repayment terms and interest rate charges. "DP" are not required to supply you with a signed document, your agreeance to the contract terms is confirmed by using the credit facility.)

is that even valid? Im confused here, I was sure I have signed some paperwork back in 2014 but now since the debt purchaser said i applied online, im not sure anymore Sad

HELP

i'm really stressed about this. What do I need to do and say to them Sad

oh, and on top of that I didn't send them the 3 letter for DP because I didnt know this website even exist :O. Would it be too late if I send it now?

Doesn’t sound like it’s too late in your case, so yes send letter one for debt purchasers.

Looks like you're not in the UK, so the letters may need tweaking to reference your local legislation instead of UK, same for case law if you are able to find that.

hi guys , im from australia, hoping I could use those 3 letters to this DP.

Can they use online application as a contract as they stated? because there is no signature of me nor even a tick box that i agree or whatsoever ( could be anyone filling out that application Neutral

) and they insist " we are not required to supply you with a signed document your agreeance to the contract terms is confirmed by using the credit facility".

Who supposed to send me Notice of Assignment? The bank or the DP? Because i never get it from the bank but I got it from DP just stating now they have the right, title and interest (no signature between the bank n the DP), also I received it on Wednesday but the letter dated on January

As I understand it, the NoA should come from the OC (Original Creditor) but they give the the Debt Purchasers permission too hence why it's more likely you'll get a letter with the DP's logos etc.

Take not particularly of the 'debt type' e.g. loan, credit card and the 'sum'.
