Yes I have downloaded that Letter Before Action. It appears to be a long
document .Ive read many pages but confess to not reading it all.

Is this the Letter Before Action referred to? It's a precursor to a Judicial Review challenging the lock down and other restrictions resulting from the laws actually put in place.

I can't see any reference to mandatory vaccination in anything actually proposed. There's a video circulating that makes that assertion, but appears to be based on misreading the legislation. I won't link the video because I think it's wrong, but here's an analysis, that's a legal opinion so naturally it makes sense to read the legislation as well to see whether you agree.

The Coronavirus Act would allow forced vaccination but as the regulations for this were taken from the Public Health Act 1984 there are no provisions for this ,likewise none for all the other sh*t they put in it

Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984

45E Medical treatment
(1)Regulations under section 45B or 45C may not include provision requiring a person to undergo medical treatment.

(2)“ Medical treatment ” includes vaccination and other prophylactic treatment.

Did you manage to find the actual case they refer to? The video cites it as US Supreme Court, but following the various links the only actual factual court case appears to be this, which was more akin to a FOI request and response ..

If you found the Supreme Court case I'd be interested to read it.

Back in the UK, as we are hopefully all aware there is no legal basis for forcing vaccination and the Coronavirus Act did not change that. Yet.

I haven't found any information confirming that it was a Supreme Court case...The Informed Consent Action Network states the Complaint was filed in Federal Court...Maybe the doc in the video got a little carried away Very Happy
