Response to 3rd letter

Hello every one,

just to keep this post updated the best i can for reference purposes

i received a reply from the OC today in response to the 3rd Letter

I guess they are now liable for Fees on the fee schedule

i think i can start invoicing them now for there response to the third letter

Hello all this is just an update so they have authorized a DCA i will attempt 3 letter process with them when they write to me seem the bank don't want to deal with it.

Hi WiteTaurian a note of optimism for you, having dealt with Moorcroft myself, if how you proceed is done correctly Moorcroft will probably run off!

Moorcroft! Haha! Agreed with LS. They are w/o doubt the most pathetic DCA I have ever dealt with. They ignore everything you say, hope you'll just give up... Once you've sent the three letters, keep sending letter 3 over and over if need be then threaten them with a Cease and Desist Notice if they still carry on. They'll soon p*ss off.

Honestly, I would not worry let alone bother telling us what they write back to you (see my other post - Moor - sorry LESScroft - are useless...)

Just let us know IF / WHEN they give up (which they will - again see my post as to how to go about it...) then let us know. No doubt the (ALLEGED) debt will just be sold on and so on...

Hey guys well that's always a good sign, thanks for your reassurance, ill defiantly check your post out Mr blue, i'm trying to learn as much as i can so i have multiple angles of defense any way so i can possible tailor these letters to their responses, they sent me an intro letter on Friday i think, but ill drag this out a bit for them ill possible wait for a warning letter or something meanwhile i can study more.

Well done WiteTairian, it’s refreshing to hear someone saying “I’m trying to learn” and “I can possibly tailor these letters”. You have more chance of winning with that approach!

Just make you NEVER so much as even imply you acknowledge the alleged debt.

Hay Mr blue, thanks for the positive vibes, yeah going through all these pages on the debt forums that comes up time and time again about taking liability and to never do it Smile

, that's the great thing about these forums everyone experiences like a case study the more you read the more of the picture comes to light and pennies drop i got as far as pg 10 so far, quite a bit to go, its like i went for this sales job when i was younger and had to learn a 2 page script after 1 week of training i learnt the script of the top of my head and realized the mother of all learning is repetition, you go over something enough and technically you can learn anything.
