6 Month Covid Relief..Anybody!

Lowlife ( Bankers ) have sent me a request to fill out a form for payment relief for up to 6 months...they have sent me a default notice on the account and threatening enforcement measure's ( 30 days are up 4 days ago as we speak) now they send me this.
Here's my take...Lowlife are major players in this current BS who have put me and millions of others out of work, closed business's and worse...MURDERED!!!...and lowlife are not stopping here... so now lowlife wants me to beg!!!...excuse me! Does anyone know of this covid relief BS.

Hello Mrblue, so sorry and thank you for your questions. I know what you mean every time I reread later what Ive written damn even I can't get it...got to stop ranting. Probably should have kept it all on my "Bank is impossible post"...the bank has now sent me forms to fill out for covid relief of payments toward the debt I'm in; a relief for up to 6mths and was wondering if anyone else has had the same thing happen if so how to handle it. they have sent these forms after sending me 2 default notices.

People need to first help us in order for us to help them, by being clear from the outset. We have little time as it is trying to provide help when we DO understand what is being asked, let alone when we don't! Laughing

What do you intend to do? Not pay a penny back (i.e. go through the GOODF process) or accept the 'relief' they have (so 'kindly') offered? What actually is this 'relief'? A delay in repayments or monthly payments with additional interest (no doubt...) etc?

Say Mrblue, I will eye ball my post's to make em clear for sure...story Mrblue... the friend of a friend who sent the 3 letter's of approximately 5 or more years ago kicking arse gave me a "Ceylon" to look up and I gotta say dude looks a huge arse kicker. But yeah I will not pay lowlife another P. Yeah you are 100% "RELIEF" BS you know the story Mrblue, lowlife are waiting hoping we give in to their BS so they will implement the digital money trap and all their BS.
Sorry Mrblue I'm ranting again...so I certainly will be going at these MFs with the GOODF protocol and thank you so much.

I have already advised which ones.

If the alleged debt is 13K then it won't be so 'easy' to fight... The GOODF process (unless I am mistaken) is ideally for alleged debts of under 10K.

Hello Mrblue yes the ebook says debts from 5k to 10 and over is more likely to be better using copy right and trade mark, is there success to your knowledge using the copyright or trademark, I mean I'm going to deal lowlife a blow to the kanakas either way.

To my knowledge I have not seen any success in relation to the copyright approach. But as I say, that’s to my knowledge only.

By the way, when you say ‘lowlife’ what is the actually name of the bank? And is it actually a bank who has offered you this ‘Covid relief’ scheme?

Some years ago I successfully used the 3 letter process for a unsecured loan of £20k with approx £14k remaining without copyright. In my case I did the £1 a month offering at the start but went onto a conditional offer to repay as per 3 letter process. In your favour the bigger the loan the more polite the bank/loan co/ debt collection agency are (at least in writing).

If the company knows for a while that you have had problems repaying eg more that a year then they could be more likely to sell on the debt to a third party. Someone please correct me if I am wrong... I comprehend that once the debt is passed the debt is discharged in law and the 2nd company can only go after you for the money if they trap you into a contract.

I am not suggesting that you shouldn't use copyright but if you have already gone down the 3 letters process dont fret to much. There are many wise people on this site who have given me invaluable help in the past.

Btw the debt collection agency gave up on my unsecured loan so keep fighting Broke!

The 'last opportunity' because you really must read exactly what is being asked of you IF you wish to have any chance of receiving some (hopefully) useful advice.

Some of us who are kind enough to spare what little time we have, really do only have a little time to spare. I work for myself, have a family, other commitments etc. And I for one have little time to help, let alone try and figure out what is actually being asked in the first place, if you see what I mean! haha

Hence the last opportunity. So if I ask any questions in the future in order to obtain clarity from you, then you really must carefully read what I have said and respond to all points. Otherwise I shall have to move onto other 'cases'.

I'm sure that's a fair an reasonable request Wink

OK so what do you intend to do? As I say, if it’s over 10K it will be hard.

What I did a long time ago was to breakdown an alleged debt of over 10K into two smaller chunks i.e. the smaller chunks would be less than 10K of course. And then I applied the GOODF process to both of the Original Creditors (OCs).

To do that, in your case you could open a credit card (as an example) - not with HSBC of course - and then perform a balance transfer over to that credit card for half of the overall £13K you owe. So you would then owe approx £6.5K to one OC and £6.5K to the other.

THEN you apply the GOODF process to BOTH OCs (separately of course).

However, you have to be super organised / not mix up the letters and your responses etc.

For example, keep one ring binder for one OC and one ring binder for the other OC, to store your letters to / from the respective OCs.

But as I say, you have to be super organised...
