Hi, thank you Mrblue2015 and daveiron for getting back so swiftly to my question. I hope I've created a new post correctly, still in the shallow end of the forum.

I believe it would be sensible for me to gain as much personal knowledge as possible to stop me pestering all on the forum and to hopefully help out in time. If it is possible to forward as many links, videos, etc to help me to understand better who I'm dealing with, whether it's a DCA or a DPA, and how to spot their possible sleight of hand in replying to my notices to them. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards

I think my subject title is slightly confusing. I should have put the 3 letter process in it too. Apologies.

Well done, thats the attitude that makes what we do worthwhile.

To make a start ,go to You Tube and check out ; 'you and your cash'
also White rabbit trust also on YT ( its the same guy.)

I recommend this guy as his stuff is.easy to follow.
Then do a search on money creation. As you are new to this you may
need to watch some stuff a couple of times
Also this thread will be very useful for many other things as well.

Agreed with DaveIron. Please also go through this section:

The GOODF Process and Template letters.

Is there a specific issue you are trying to deal with? Is anyone pestering you?

Hi, thank you for your reply. I have received a text message from a company called Lowell with a reference number attached asking me to contact them? I believe this may be due to unpaid Thames Water bill, but am not sure. I have been in correspondence with Thames Water last year requesting a holiday payment period but they never answered my calls or the line was cut off. However, Thames Water managed to send invoices that I cannot pay at present. Not sure whether to call Lowell, or leave it until I receive a letter from them. I know that in time they will issue proceedings, as these companies always do and until then will text and call at ungodly hours. I'm concerned that I may mess up the 3 letter process as I will probably change the relevant details on the letters but someone at Lowell will try to nutmeg me and ignore the letters of notice I send. Kind regards

In my option, if all you have received is a txt message (or if you ever get an email) IGNORE it. Don’t make their life easy. Leave the b*stards to get off of their backsides and WRITE to you if it’s that important to them. Pathetic (them)!

(And only ever deal in writing / keeping all letters and proof of postage. Again, wait for them to write first. Block their SMS number / calls etc)

Many thanks for all of your replies. I think as DI pointed out, it's best to wait from something in black and white, as I know the wolf in sheep clothing that Lowell is using now is just that. When they get you to a certain point down the track these companies hit fast and hard. Unfortunately, that's one aspect I know, it's the help you're all giving me that will hopefully turn the tables this time round. Kind regards
