PCSO's Acting in CIVIL MATTERS

Today was an interesting day as we decided to go shopping when I got in from work and went to a local Tesco and parked in the disabled spaces as she is disabled and has been since birth, the vehicle is also registered as disabled, we go there because most staff know her and if anything happens they will ring, or run out and fetch me.

While I waited in the car I noted two PCSO's leave the store and stopped at the first car in the disabled bay and speak to the owner, they were both young and one looked as if she hadn't hit puberty yet so I opened the window and listened; they said they were going to issue a parking ticket as they weren't displaying a disabled blue badge, neither was I, so I shouted to the other car to tell them nothing as they were powerless They approached me and I waved my phone at them and shouted to the couple that I had it all on video with full audio, then it started, two silly girls in clowns uniforms acting as if they had some power, maybe the batteries in their vibrator were fully charged and they had some power, but not over me.

They demanded my name and were spoken to in Russian, well, it ended in off, and they tried playing Billy bis Boll*cks and that didn't work either and they were stumped until I told them I might arrest them and discharge them into the custody of a real constable and not their plastic fake colleagues and they said I couldn't, I told them they had committed indictible offences and I, or any other member of the public could arrest them and they asked why. They were told they had demanded money by menaces as one offfence, extortion was another and they asked why and were told this would be a civil matter and the po-lice don't act in civil matters, only criminal matters so they were acting unlawfully and I had it all documented and either I or the other couple could bring charges against them directly and the po-lice force by vicarious liability or bring a private prosecution against them both personally so I asked them to both produce their identity card, then their designation card, they refused.

I informed them this was another offence as the law requires them to produce their identity cards and degignation cards on request or demand and this is reitterated in their force policy and still they refused, they said tesco managers had asked them to stop people without blue badges parking in disabled spaces and I told them it is not their job to deal with such issues, it is Tesco's responsibility to deal with these matters. What they didn't know is that Tesco had appointed a company to deal with it and they previosly sent me a demand for £60 and ended up paying me £1200.

They left and I went home and formed an official complaint with copies of the evidence, I rang the po-lice HQ and told them I was coming to deliver an official complaint, I got there at around 5.30pm and the head of Professional Standards was waiting for me although she finished at 4.30 and a fun time was had; she claimed they weren't aware this was a civil matter and was shot down with ignorance of the law is no excuse and she accepted the complaint. Before I got home they were ringing me and asked what I wanted, I told them I wanted both of them sacking and charging with criminal offences and they tried blagging their way out of it and I wasn't having any of their rubbish, it was left there for today.

Good work again Assassin. What an abuse of tax payers money too, carrying out work for a private firm.

An offer has been made but not what I demanded, they are trying to buy their way out of it with money, but we asked for sackings, still ongoing.
