This is a follow up of a letter I sent to them again after advice from here.

You have not answered all the questions that I had asked and I want clarification on some information.

• I asked if student loans company hold Data in any form by a power of attorney that have been withheld. This question went unanswered. So please state Yes or no. If yes, to who and why?
• Does student loans company still hold original documents of signed loans agreements from 2011-2014 still in its possession? Please state yes or no. If no then why not?
• Do you have any information if the signed loan agreements for years 2011-2014 created a negotiable instrument, and if so has it been sold or traded in anyway?
• I also require confirmation that all copies of the loan agreements from years 2011-2014 that student loans company have sent are 'true copies' of the originals?
• I also require validation of the alleged debt that is connected to the mentioned account. I require you to provide me with a copy of the actual accounting that brought the subject account into being.
• Is there any man or woman named Student Loan Company? If not I require the name of the man/woman who signs the letter to take responsibility for the contents of any letter that is sent to me.

If you are unable to comply with any of the above listed requests, you must inform me of such and give your reason why you can not comply.

You have a further 14 days in which to comply with this request as under The Data Protection Act 1998. Failure to comply with this request will result in a complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office.

ICO said that student loans are not required to answer any questions of mine, they are only required to send all data they have and they are closing the case.

Now what am I supposed to do!

As is usual they only answer questions selectively .I notice that how the 'loan' was created has been side stepped .
Up to you, but I would want to know how the 'loan' was created , Am I the creditor or debtor?

Also no one wants to take liability for their replies, as far as i am concerned an unsigned document is nothing more than a piece of paper. No doubt when you acted in your corporate name for the 'loan' a signature was deemed important then.
