Virgin money locked my account fraud query

I had an email yesterday (Friday) stating that "we've spotted something" "we recently carried out a check on your account and as a result a restriction has been placed for your protection whilst we investigate".

Please could you send us supporting emails or letters for the following transaction(s) and any documents that
show where the funds came from.

Now over a weekend i have no access to my account and no money (i have things to pay and we need to do food shopping), i have forward the details to their provided email stating that i sold a telecoms splicer on Facebook marketplace, i sent the link, which was time and date stamped, i made an invoice also at the time and forward that, and supplied them with the text messages between myself and the buyer which again was time and date stamped. Why are banks doing this and why have they only just flagged this now when it was four months ago? I had better be able to get to my money on Monday as i have nothing and really struggling. Ive never had any issued with the bank (been with them 10 months) its always had money in there and only once was the balance zero and that was for one day.

I was locked out of my account for 5 months by TSB when i moved to Aus last year.
Try to open a basic account elsewhere to get future deposits into. If they pull this stunt once they will probably do it again in the future.
Always try to keep an amount in cash at home.
Keep detailed records of this action from the bank .You cannot even get the FOS involved for 8 weeks, even then you may get the A**hole i am dealing with there,
