I've been reading up on commerical law, contract law. From what I've read, person making the complaints in the video would have their wages garinsheed as a result of this.

An offer (everything is an offer in contract law.) In contract law, the contract makes the law.

In this case it would have begun with an Notice of Fault and Opportunity to Cure.

This would be followed up by a Riminder Notice

No reply to the reimder notice to the lady doing the complaining in the video, would resultin tacit agreement and therefore acceptance as facts of the claims in the Notice of Fault.

THis would be followed with Notice of Default. The notice would include inter alia "This failure to respond, and now default, is Respondent’s final admission and agreement to all statements and claims made by Affiant.

An enforcement application is made to the court to enforce the payment order.

Failure to pay that would mean the agreived person ( the bloke concerned in the video) would lodge a application for guraisheeing of the ladys income unitl the debt is paid.

I do not dare suggest that this is simple but what do you think?

No police would have been called. The only court appearance of the sender of the Notice of Fault would be as an intervener to assist the court in resolving all issues and claims before the court in relation to this matter.

Hi Ausk,

Its TV licensing .In the UK any address not listed as having a license ,gets letters and sometimes visits.

many folk no longer get a license ,given that the BBC which the license funds ,has produced so many peado's & is also just a government propaganda outlet.
TBH I can't understand why this bloke went to all that trouble,unless it was to just make a point .totally ignore them works best ,if you do that there is nothing they can do. I have not had a license in many years & as far as i know ,not even a visit.

Should have told them to eff off & shut the door, not surprisingley even if you made complaint to the police would they warn the likes of TV Licensing for repeated harrassment even after committing aggravated trespass.

Note how the police never introduce themselves anymore the way they should i.e. "I am PC so & so & this is PC blah de blah & we are from (whichever station they are based at), just turn up at peoples homes like the corporate thugs they are.
