Re: No Bail warrant
Try part 13 ,maybe that can answer it for you.

Re: No Bail warrant
Not really what I need to know is, must it be signed, stamped and sealed and have a warrant number, I cant see that in sect 13 (unlucky eh )

Re: No Bail warrant
Ok, I see what you want to know. Warrants have been a contentious issue for some time especially the parts you mention.
Its been shown time & again that for the most part ,whoever is trying to enforce the warrant will go to great lengths not to show it in its entirety .For that reason you can only conclude that most are either incorrect or just a total fraud.
I would think ,without researching it that they must at the very least contain a name & signature, someone must surely have liability. I have yet to see documentation that sets out what exactly a warrant must contain, This alone speaks volumes about what is laughingly referred to as our justice system.
By all means question its authenticity ,but I would guess it will get you nowhere.

Re: No Bail warrant
Have a look at "section one Magistrates' courts". Now look at the apostrophe at the end of Magistrates. Now google an actual Magistrates court in your local city and you will see it does not have an apostrophe ( ' ) your invited to a "private" meeting. not civil or criminal but private. Don't know if I'm too late but I'd be asking the (clerk) dressed as a judge if this court is a civil or criminal jurisdiction...nope it's private..!! Keep an eye out for that little (') means its not a court..!!

popey wrote:An arrest warrant does not need a signature, the warrant has the headed paper and is good enough. If you think it is wrong and corrupt then take it up with the courts. The judge will ask if the offences are genuine, if you say NO (not guilty) then you will be required to prove you had insurance on that date. If you say YES (guilty) then you will be dealt with.
"No" indicates a No case to answer scenario.
"Yes" indicates a trial to find out if one is guilty or not guilty!
Also, not going to court is a better "win" than going to fight it within a court in the first place.

Re: No Bail warrant
Also, from what I understand, the Merseyside police are not police at all and are a third party security firm.
So any contract with them must be first dealt with outside of the court system if one is in force. If that did not happen and it went 'straight to bailif' then a simple way to look at it is its the same as a council trying it on with a straight to bailiff scenario if you didn't pay your council tax or parking fine. Just tell them to bog off!
