a district judge unlawfully accessed my data, and passed that data on to a private party to stop me attending his hearing for my late mothers assets. (pervert course of justice)(she had dementia) I was stopped but made it to court (CoP) the council who brought the proceeding failed to attend. Then a harassment campaign started against me, to protect the judges ID. ( a very long story short)

Who was the private party that could stop you attending? What was the hearing about regarding the assets?

Did she not make a will? How many sons and daughters does your mother have and are there arguments between you?

Nope Private police that only have jurisdiction at the tunnel entrance and exit, my data was given to them on the day I was due to travel through to go to court for mums assets. Given at 09.20 I was stopped at 10.15. The data was an unenforced/unissued court order for me to sit extended driving test following a disqualification 13yrs ago. I was unaware of it and neither was DVLA and car was insured he had almost a hour to find this out which he did but still stopped me and never mentioned about the intelligence as he called it. after 15mins I told him I was leaving and went to court to find out the council failed to. Question is what would have happened if I failed to attend??

I'm waiting on SAR's I want to bring charges was just fishing on some pointers, N244 seems the best option then someone told me no they more corrupt there, I used Steve Bincham to get a trust setup so am now in the Private so can't give too much away. Mean time following on from the stop I had a malicious prosecution against me Fined Points assaulted (recorded hearings) had the council take me court for a private landlord license despite 2x offers to pay and 2x summons returned within 72hrs unclaimed, they fined me just shy of 5k in my absence and now Marston balifs are involved. I sent 2x appeals KB'd Cease and Desist affidavits the lot all ignored (hence the trust) all to cover up the ID of the data stealer. I'm at my wits end

I entered the court and immediately said "I hereby convene a court of public record, The judge (district) stormed out, the prison staff assaulted me and I was railroaded. CL does not work round here
