but at the end of the day even the queens authority is not legitimate authority, that too comes down to force does it not? It gets authority form the individuals who who support it .Like any corporation! We can do this ourselves , this is what community is about . Could we not make our own deceleration's and it be just as valid?

Yes true but they do not hold to this at all in my experience.

I have a situation where I have conditionally excepted a tax claim, so long as they explain the glossa, it went on for a short time, they just ignored the questions, so I sent back all letters from the tax office “unclaimed, return to sender” and they used a normal envelope with no markings, no return address, hand written, with the name correct but with the contents addressed in glossa to deliver them back to me, I opened them because they were correct only to find a final demand with threats of enforcement inside to the name in dog latin (pretty devious I would say).
I replied to this in saying the normal “happy to pay but why do you write to me in a foreign language”...result was that they have increased my tax code as a way to get the money they say the legal fiction owes them.
So it seems they just happily ignore any process of real law and roll on over your straw man, with the attitude that they don’t have to answer perfectly good questions concerning the language, they seem to be above any law, so when you work for a living, you have a weak spot, the source of your earnings, no court orders (so the perfectly reasonable question do not come out into the light) they just raise my tax code massively to garnish my wages to get money they claim I owe..
The strawman can of course appeal, but that is playing their game, so it seems suing them in their private capacity is the way, but how does one do this when the very people you want to sue are part of the government, and the government are the courts also....I think to go down this route is only possible when in self employment, where you control the income source and do not work for a company that seems to be obliged to withhold your earnings for a very corrupt system..
Does anyone have any ideas on what the best course of action would be to take, other than leaving the slave job and making a living on my own.

Thanks Phillpots, I will have a look and hopefully be able to contribute.

I followed all the conditional acceptance rules to the letter, they simply refused to talk about if they were crown agents, the language (glossa), and other reasonable questions...then sent the letters addressed to me correctly after I returned all of the strawmans letters only to find the strawman inside....it seems by upping the tax code in a big way to get the money from me, they avoid these issues that I was wanting to bring into the open, in a public court or in reply to court documents....they seem to have no honour at all...just roll on regardless, harming me through a legal fiction based on lies and deceit.

Non disclosure whatsoever and carry on stealing, what can we do?

Yes I take your point regarding not being self employed ,it always gives them the upperhand.
Regarding their personal liability ,I recall that the people working for the revenue do not use their own names and this is common practice.

In my case I have been corresponding with them and they have replied with their own names, even signed the last letter, this agent actually sent back to me a letter I had refused, in a plain envelope address without the glossa, but inside the letter was to the full caps etc. (This is after my initial disclosure request)..enclosed with the letter were enforcement threats to the legal fiction, the agent put their name and signed it also, then I replied with all the normal conditional acceptance with the condition that they disclose...next thing... bang tax code increase to the maximum in order to settle the so called debt....They wont answer anything, just ignore.
Surely this is a clear abuse of position.
