What do judges say when asked that question?

Has anyone here ever asked say a policeman or judge so on and so forth .gov people for their full name and home address? I'm interested what the answer would be by them asked. No seriously and jokes aside I'm interested in the answer to what they would say (especially a judge). What do judges say when asked that question?

Might already have been covered but I can't see anything specific to my question.

Basically they refuse.

Jobcentre staff wear name badges which give their first name and when asked they say they cannot because "its policy" which is a cop out.

Po-lice say you have my number and show their collar number, they are obliged to show their warrant card on request or demand and some do and some refuse.

Council staff say we cannot give out our names, usually followed by "its for security reasons" sir.

Judges do if they are County or High Court judges but crown or magistrates judges and magistrates refuse.

I have asked. Never got an answer despite being asked for my full name and address.

So called 'authority' workers are permitted to use fake names also. For personal security reasons, 'nothing to hide, nothing to worry about' eh.

I have asked many times, judges, police and other so called 'authority' figures. never been given an answer, and normally as police training encourages escalation to resolution I have been arrested (at her majesty’s pleasure) many times also under things like public disorder, breach of peace or any other trumped up vague unprovable charges. I guess they felt good about themselves though Laughing

Thanks for the answers. So does anyone know the procedure if I say wanted a police or judges full name and I say to them I want your full home address? Can I ask a solicitor to send a letter to their work place and request this information. This is all hypothetical at the moment. I want to build up a picture of the procedure if wronged so I would know what I am doing. Hope it's making sense.

Addresses are available if you have the tenacity and skill to find them.
A friend of mine did this a few years ago but its not without its perils.
He served a solicitor after if found her address using the Electoral register that councils sell to debt companies. They're reaction was to call the Police and claim harassment!

Interestingly, the serving of legal or lawful notices cannot be defined as harassment and that is stated in law, so bring a private prosecution against both of them.

This is what I was leading upto. How the process starts after a wrongdoing by say a .gov member of staff or of course a judge. Who with greater knowledge than me answer, how to start the process off and what happens from then on?

Phillpots, I have the names of the people involved, just don't know how to make a claim against them in their private capacity for their crimes unfortunately.

I have the DVD. But I still need to go through as it takes a lot of time. Perhaps we need to work together and put together a UK version of this. But again this would take up a lot of time and effort. Something I have not at the moment but would have if forced to.

I agree 100% .I have always seen their personal liability as the way forward.
