These are not Mckenzie friends and courts have discretion to remove them if they are not actual friends of anyone bringing a case or answering charges, they are unlawful companies operating illegally and breaking the monopoly of the legal profession, and surely if the same Mckenzie friends keep appearing in the same courts then they will be noticed, so basically this is another matter.

They are neither advocates or anything else, and instead of stamping this practise out they are using it to attack the system of common law again and nothing less, and these subversive attacks will continue against common law systems using whatever methods they can use to link it to something else to make it look legitimate and the sheeple will simply walk blindfold into it.

What is the real issue here? funding, if the funding for Legal Aid was correct and appropriate then this wouldn't arise, but with such restrictions placed upon legal aid then the same politicians currently moaning are the ones who created it in the first place. As an aside, how many MP's are or were solicitors, advocates, or barristers?
