Having for many years now, returned to the council their forms .Return to sender addressee
not recognised. Today I had a visit from them ,it went as follows.

Him ,good morning i'm from the council I have your form so you can vote.

Me ,No thanks

Him, You dont want to do it ?

Me, No thanks

He then turned around and left. For those who are still unsure of themselves.
It really is that easy. Should they come again I will point out the no trespass notice and
give them my security form to complete.that will see them off.

& don't forget to charge them for wasting your time! After all they waste £? of our monies on all sorts of useless cr*p.

They are more persistant with that,but will be getting nothing from me.

Is it law or legislation? no, actually you are a public servant and a member of the public is giving you a lawful direction, if you don't know the specific law then dont state it unless you can back it up. ACT, legislation and not law.
Councils are corporate entities and operate in commerce and their only objective is to extract money.
Now getting a supervisor and just because she won't take your word you get mardy and for 31 years she has been indoctrinated. Joanne is guilty of Fraud by False Representation and should be reported.

Oh dear Dave what a complex position, I just call the dogs and shout bailiffs and they do the rest and if any idiot from the council wants to try to get past them then good luck.
