Last time I sent a conditional acceptance with about 70 questions & sent it back. However it took so long to write my questions I then got another census shortly afterwards. This one I sent back return to sender, can't quite remember what I put on the envelope but something like, I have no contract with you, I do not understand your intent, there is no treaty between us, without prejudice or frivolity. It was going round online maybe somebody else here remembers it better. Few visits to my door, final one two people just told them I didn't want to talk to them (if I answered my door). My elderly neighbour kept pressing me to fill it in as they were also pestering her about me!!

Notice the envelope doesn't say you have to fill it in, it says your response is required by law.

I think they are all addressed that way.
Mine has gone back 'Addressee not recogonised,return to sender'
It cant be meant for me as thats not my given name.

What would the response be to someone citing this for census non-compliance?

had a door knocker today. Never give a name, conversation went somat like:

Me: Yes!
Knob Head (KN): Census21 here, have you filled yours out?
Me: No.
KN: would you like another I have here?
Me: No.
KN: its illegal to not fill out..........
KN: will you be filling it out?
Me: (giving the impression like I care) No.

KN simply walked off.

Was totally surprised, thought I would have had quite a lot of argy bargy, but NOTHING! A result? Or am I being too 'quick'? Very Happy

Ok so my ring door bell just went and it was a very pretty young lady from census, she very politely said that they hadn’t received my form back and could I fill it out please, just before I answered it she was reading my implied access removal notice, she then took a photo of it!!!!!! (All caught on camera!) I told her I was not legally required to fill it out and to leave the property, she said ok thank you and walked off lol simples

It would not surprise me if these people who come knocking on your doors and who claim to be from the Census (ONS) are actually council employees who are hired out by the councils to the ONS and given the costumes and id cards by the office of national statistics.

My penny worth, cleaning the car out 3 days ago ( day after i had the reminder) a woman approaches and says "its ok love im from the cencus and flashes a lanyard whilst pointing her phone at me, i said its been posted and why are you filming me and my car, she started crying and said "OH dont give me verbal love i had enough down this road" and scuttled off.
Felt for her as she obviously didnt know or wasn't told how much hated government tally men are when she took the job.

Every other day, even on a bank holiday, a creepy 'track and tracer' continues to leave reminders to fill in the 'Census 21' at my doorstep. Obviously, I'm never in.

And one pointing her phone at slacker777 is their proof to show their Stabilo Boss that they have identified the individual.

I'm under the impression that it is not 'law' to fill in the census, even though they say it is the law to fill it in. Not on my fooking watch A census is identifying the number of people only, which can be gathered from the electrical register if an individual is indeed registered with that register.

This is to identify everyone, their ethnicity, religion, colour, gender, etc. To then prepare for social credit and ultimately genocide.

Sharpysparky's 'notice' seems to have done the trick, but does anyone know if there is indeed a law that has been passed, as I haven't found anything, or is it just the usual legislation and therefore misuse of the word law as is the misuse of the word vaccine for the covid jab?

I suppose sending the reminders every other day may turn out useful if we go through another toilet roll drought.

Who are these c**ts that apply for jobs with the council? Are they the same breed as the ones that apply for covid testing station guards?

Its only 'law' for persons No one has called on me ,maybe its
my WOIRA notice or my 'Private by appointment only' notice i recently put
on my door.
If you are unsure and open the door by mistake ,just close it again and say
nothing.
They can do nothing ,you have not given your name,& without you giving
them it they are screwed.
