Well, I have a copy of a letter from HMRC that clearly states a man or woman has no legal or lawful law duty to pay tax and other members also have a copy, so heres the trick they employ.

You go for a job and you are not a man or woman as you become another legal fiction, the employee, the employee is never a man or a woman as the company only employs people, people being many persons and they also uses the term personnel or employees and never the term human beings.

If you look up the terms in any dictionary the terminology becomes clear, an employee or employees or personnel are always defined as people or persons and if you look at HMRC documentation it always refers to personnel, persons, or people and never the human being or men and women. This is because they use subliminal messaging to create the illusion and nothing else, this also means that companies both large and small never employ the human being and people autonatically assume they are referring to the human being which of course they are not, they only ever refer to the legal fiction.

When a company is formed it encompasses many terms and conditions, namely the company formation contract and in that contract the people or persons of significant control accept the responsibility for becoming HMRC unpaid tax collectors and take out taxes on employees, persons, or personnel and accept the liability for not doing this and any failure to do this renders these people as "in breach of contract" so they cannot refuse to do it without personal liability.

It's all down to the crafty wording and this wording works throughout their corrupt system.

The Spaniard is spot-on there, like everything else from 'authority'
it only applies to persons.We have covered it extensivly in the 'Know who
you are' thread.
For those who are self employed ,from what i have found out from several
sources its basicly as simple as declareing to HMRC that you are now in
the private,& after that they leave you alone.
However like everything else your own research is vital & all the info is out
there for those who can be bothered to look.
