paying a debt collector

Most of us at one time or another had a letters from Debt collectors but what if you have started paying a Debt collecting firm out of fear or worry, i read on the internet some time ago,
a guy payed a alleged debt to a debt collecting firm to find one year later another debt collecting firm saying they bought the debt and want their money Shocked

and it went to court ,the poor guy was told to pay the new debt collecting firm

in the the 3 letters it states you will pay the alleged debt if they prove the alleged debt by certain paperwork,

so if you are paying a debt collecting firm without proof they legally own the debt stop paying

(but its up to you)

download the first letter , with one more letter saying you will resume paying after they prove to you, they legally own this alleged debt.

This what i have done , it took all three letters the estoppel and two bills . then i got a letter with 0.00 balance from them .

Once had them climb over my front wall and totally ignored the signs warning of guard dogs, they climbed over and the first one jumped right between the dogs and the second one was like a cartoon character trying not to fall off the top of the wall, Tom and Jerry sprand to mind.

First one went back a bit lighter when the dogs took a few chunks out of him.
