Land Registry are trying to tranfer my property to the Crown
Hi all, I would be grateful for a little assistance if possible.
Land registry are attempting to transfer my property to the Crown. With some help we have been stopping them for some time. But now It has escalated and they are ignoring what I have asked for 1. Proof of trustee appointment, So at present I am now also looking to do a commercial lien on the Land registry and CEO. After watching a video that Lance did on commercial Liens and his offer to assist. I have been trying to locate him to ask one or two questions, but with not much luck. if anyone can assist on this matter, or has Lances email. I would be grateful.
And thank you offering the templates I do have them
and also the little instruction on using this site
( Its not over till the fat lady sings )
Many thanks
Mike

Re: Land Registry are trying to tranfer my property to the Crown
My sole trader company was made bankrupt in 03/2011 for 8400. been fighting it ever since. I am not saying I don't owe it, I do and am prepared to settle. But as we know now bankruptcy's are all fake, unlawful and void. In the court computer management record there is no fee paid no petitioner and 0 claim amount. therefore no case, no appointment of trustee. Its all Fraud

Re: Land Registry are trying to tranfer my property to the Crown
Hi mike, I have little experience in this field. But I can tell you that all property already vests in the crown by derivative means af ancient feudal tenure it has just changed the clothes it wears over time. That said we pay taxes on everything as a form of rent to the crown for profiting from "their" property. I don't know the ins and outs of your situation but if LR is trying to transfer your property to the crown it's possibly because they want the tax owed from the debts. If you can find out how much tax is owed and pay or start dealing with that it might buy you some more time.
Some people have started paying tax upfront on property they buy to try and keep the state off their backs if/when things go wrong.
Like I say tho this is an information share not my experience, but I hope it's something that can help you further.
