quick question, why dont you use three letters to a solicitor??

i read the new method letters, it says don't use for Solicitors.

I use the treat solicitors as DCAs as they're usually the same firm.

Is there much success with original creditors using the 3 letters or do you generally wait until it has been purchased?
Does it work for credit cards?

Its always preferable to wait until its sold if possible.

Ok, why is that? Because then it the alleged debt has been discharged by another corporation? Do they not just hand it back to the OC?

It has become very clear that all the purchaser has is a list of
defaulted alleged accounts. When you start to ask them questions
the response is always the same ," we will contact the original creditor
for documentation"
That being said ,the main issue with the 3 NoCA is the original agreement.
Its widely accepted that this is sold to investors after about 3 months
of signing. Therefor the only one who could possibly have a valid claim
is the 'holder in due course' . There is also the issue of redeeming the
original agreement ,they cannot return what they do not have,as it
has possibly been traded many times and could be anywhere in the world.

Yep, I have read it all before. So if neither have the original document then, apart from the DP being a third party interloper with no standing in it at all, what would be the difference between 3 lettering OC or DP?
