Hello Everyone are the 3 Letters still being successful as im thinking of trying as ive got paragon and RBS And Halifax and Moorcroft on my case. Thank you

Hi limeton1,

Yes the 3 letters are still being used. Follow the procedure which is on this site.

Do not phone any Debt collection agencies, just use the 3 letters,estoppel and if you have to bill, then bill them, following with the bill cover letter, which are provided on this site.

I would like to make this quite clear, sometimes they give up on the first letter. But follow through, until the estoppel. But sometimes they will push. The trick is don't let them worry you, they are just people in a office and the Debt Collection agencies have no special powers.

Sometimes you may hear billing doesn't work. I will give you 2 examples of billing.

If you have to get to the billing stage, send them a copy of the above. The trick is to make them give up.

I think where billing falls flat on it's face is when it's being charged at like 5000 quid for a letter when you may only be earning minimum wage yourself or on benefits or summat like that. You can't justify trying to claim 5k for say a phone call you have to value your time appropriately.

you are correct , keep your billing sensible,
but remember idea of the billing is to scare them off,
i have no more debts now , if i had and i sent them a bill, i keep it sensible also i would send the cover letter, also photocopy of them guys who won on the billing above,

Thank you very much for your help and reply Petesomething and Jinxer i very much appreciated the information i intend to start next week im currently getting all the ceo information first.
Maybe you can help on another issue it says to cc the name on the letter as well as the ceo so do i send a second letter or just one addressed to the ceo and write cc anothe name on a note? Thank you Guys once again.
