Discharging Debt while living in a Motorhome

If one lived in a motorhome and therefore had no fixed address, can they still do the 3-letter process? Does anybody have experience of this?

Where would you tell the scumbags to send their responses to? To your email address, or maybe set up a PO Box for replies? (Obvs I know never to email the DPA/DCA or send to their PO Box address but is it fine to receive responses to my own PO Box / email?)

I don't know if I'd like to give a friend or family member's address care of myself, as I'd prefer the scumbags not to have other's details.

I wouldn't recommend using an email address but if you have a po box address there is no reason why you shouldn't use it as an address for them to reply to you and absolutely you can still do the 3 letters, I don't see why not. Happy Camping by the way

Cheers mate. Yeah I was a bit iffy about using my email address. But with a PO Box, I'm wondering if that would work if I ever went the Affidavit route in the future with that being a court document - if that makes any difference. Hmmm. The Affidavit route is something I'm considering for DPA's who don't give up after the 3 letters and continue to request payments.

Have you considered the NoCA route rather than the 3 letters,
The 3 letters have become rather inefective due i believe to folks just
accepting what what they have been supplied with rather than what they
asked for.

Yeah well I actually meant the NoCA route when I was referring to 3 letters but I adapt mine a lot and utilise other templates such as Robert Odeck. The final notice I send is an Estoppel Notice, but I then only send an Affidavit if the DPA continue pestering me after the estoppel.
