QDR Solicitors

Hi Folks
Another company I have been getting text messages from is called QDR Solicitors. With a bit of googling it wasn't hard to find out that they are debt collectors, they're not solicitors at all. I haven't even got a clur what they're actually trying to contact me about. This is what I'm sending to them

Dear Sir / Madam
I am writing about text messages you have been sending to my phone, you did not at any stage say what this contact is actually about and I don’t know how you got my phone number but however you got it let me make it clear that is my private number which nobody should have without my permission which you do not have
I have checked your company out and one thing I did find out is that you are debt collectors , not solicitors. Don’t you know it is illegal to misrepresent yourself?
Whatever it is you are trying to contact me about I will have you know that I do not deal with third party interlopers about any matter. I have nothing to say to your company but if you have anything to say to me then do so in writing only to the address above
I trust I have made myself understood and should I receive further contact from your company in any other way than by letter my fee schedule will apply which is listed below


1. All telephone calls (answered or not) ,To record,log and store on file £ 20 each nunc pro tunc
2. All text messages received £10 each nunc pro tunc

2. All emails received, To log and store on file £ 20 each nunc pro tunc

3. A letter stating that you are ceasing all collection activity. £ free

I trust this now makes my position clear.

All correspondence must be signed by a named man / woman who takes liability for its contents.

Having checked them on Companies House, 8 directors are listed as solicitors,
so i would drop that from your letter.

As you now have 2 issues ongoing i would strongly reccomend you study
the NoCA route.

I would not reply to text messages, email or telephone calls (which I never answer), by doing so you diminish your intent towards these parasites.
