Hello , I have placed a notice in my car saying : LEGAL NOTICE ANYTHING ATTACHED TO THIS VEHICLE YOU ARE CONTRACTUALLY AGREEING WITH THE OWNER THAT YOU ACCEPT A £10,000.00 REMOVAL FEE(WITH FORCE IF NECESSARY) PAYABLE ON DEMAND FAILURE TO UNDERSTAND THIS NOTICE OR NOTICE THIS NOTICE IS INEXCUSABLE NOTICE TO AGENT IS NOTICE TO PRINCIPAL NOTICE TO PRINCIPAL IS NOTICE TO AGENT :END
I have now sent this to the local council : I am giving notice of appeal
I am giving notice that you are now in contract with the owner as shown in photographs and that you have accepted a fee of £10,000.00 removal fee of attached FPN
Failure to acknowledge this will result in a civil law suit against you and will incur further court costs.
I am giving you 14 days from todays date 00/00/2017 to reply and make offer of payment. : END
What are your thoughts please ...
I basically used the words from car park signage for contract and your old notice .....Do you think they have contracted with me.
We are on a win win really because we can use the reason why they are not in contract against them for a reason why WE are NOT in contract.
Maybe hide this comment if you feel the need ,but please let me know your feelings. Thank you

Excellant work and i sincerely hope you can recover the damages for your vehicle being stolen and the trespass against your property. please keep us all informed of your progress and of turns of events

I have considered a notice saying this:

Notice; The charge or clamping and or removing my vehicular property is $700 per day with interest at 10% per week. By clamping or removing my vehicle you are entering into a contract with me and agree to pay the nominated daily charge and the interest on demand. By clamping or removing my vehicle you also agree to indemnify me against all recovery costs and all reasonable legal expenses incurred in enforcing the above terms of this contract. Notice to the agent is notice principle and notice to the principle is notice to the agent.
