I would of liked to have witnessed this, especially with Rob being involved. If I was to go it's over 350 miles away and at least a 5 hour drive.

Here's an update on what happened. I didn't realize Rob was actually up for a trial, I'll follow this a bit closer now and will be great to see a good outcome for him.

as many of you may know already, several weeks ago, robert was arrested for “contempt of court” but subsequently charged with a “breach of the peace” in connection with content on this channel. due to bail conditions currently in place, robert is not able to upload for the time being which is why the channel is currently being maintained by john king.

since being charged, robert submitted documents to the court to challenge both the crown regina and the jurisdiction of the court and he has subsequently been given notice that his evidence will be challenged at trial.

for the last few weeks, robert has been persistently trying to get disclosure from the procurator fiscals containing the witness statements that are to be used against him at trial however the procurator fiscal service has been anything but forthcoming with this. a few days before the intermediate diet, they contacted him to say that he could get the disclosure on the condition that he attended a police station to get it. suspicious of a set up of some kind, robert declined to attend.

the intermediate diet took place on the 7th of november and had a fantastic turn out. people came from all over to support him. robert maintained his status as a man throughout. when asked his name, he told the man acting in the role of sheriff that he was the living man robert sproul. the man acting as sheriff tried multiple times to call him “mr sproul” which would diminish his status from “man” to “person”, however robert - being well aware of legal word trickery at play - did not respond or in any way acknowledge this.

during the intermediate diet, the court was adjourned temporarily to try arrange the disclosure that robert requested previously but when the court resumed, robert was told that they would not be willing to give him disclosure any other way unless he attended the police station to get it. robert declined this and said that he wished to proceed to trail.

robert would like to thank every one that supported him. the trial will go ahead on the 5th December 2017 at paisley sheriff court. both john and robert hope that you’ll take the time to come along and support robert at the trial.

Where is the hearing?

Surely its the responsibility of of the prosecutor to disclose evidence, not the police?
Is there not a CPR type ruling to cover this?
I seem to remember they did a similar thing to Robert Green, didn't they?

Someone should tell him to stop claiming the surname if he wants to be seen as 'man'.

'i am the living man Robert Sproule' is an oxymoron - it should be 'i am the living soul-imbued man Robert, son of (whatever his dad's given name is)'. No wonder they're still calling him Mr. !
