3 Letters Process

Can someone clear this up for me?

The 3 Letters are written as man, on behalf of the legal person.

So, if they take the legal person to court and we fill in their paperwork, are we not accepting full and unlimited liability for the legal person?

no they presume that. They are deluded , you know you are a man without question.(other than paradoxical arguments)
but do you "fill in their paperwork" anyway?You give them your paperwork and you put your personal identifier emblem on it . You the man need to have the correct information to be able to direct the legal person should you chose to or if you are forced to.

Thanks, but you say in the 3 letter process "When you receive an Acknowledgment of Service in with the Service Pack, you need to fill in the form and send it back within 14 days." Most people reading that, would assume you fill it in with your legal details.

Maybe we can have two options?

1. Stick with being man throughout
2. Comply with their paperwork and implied joinder.

ahh right, thats not the 3 letters, its petes addition. They shouldnt take you to court after the 3 letters , but they have tried it on.

it wasnt clear so ive added a note explaining better in the 3letters section!
Pete went to court and filled in their form, but he didnt get a judgment against him.So that kindof answers your question.
it was very dodgy of them to try this on as the info was asked for and offer to settle with the correct info. They ignored and took to court.They should have been counter claimed for vexation.

Ceylon as got some good video on you Tube , but any way we can win against DCA and courts is good ,but some times we have to bend with the wind and play their game or we could break Sad

Another question - In the 3 letters, we are asking them to "Prove their claim", so how about adding a counterclaim? as we know we have "lent them the money"
