1st time on here!!!

Hello to all moderators and members.

I am 1st time on here, though I posted in debt section already in a panic!
Then realised there was a new members hello page!

So hello and look forward to hearing from you.

I found this site via searching for advice and get out of debt which brought up some forum links. Though I am confused about many things regarding the corporate/banking/money world, I can't see how it is a fair for all system when so much pressure is placed on people to comply with a process that seems to be set up to catch people out without them knowing or understanding the system.

Hi I am new in the forum but not to the site. Very happy to be here as I am from the old site and had a panic attack when I saw the very official version of this. WT???

Anyhow, from following the 3 letter step process I have written off over £7k and I am winning with other cases too.

However, there is always balance and I have a particular debt collector that seems to understand the 3 letter process and is reacting with their templates too! Laughing

I have a solicitors letter and a threatening to letter to move to a solicitor by the same company (can I say it bounce

). I require some help with responding as I would like to cover all my bases/rights should they pursue this in court.
