Loan & the three letters

Hi all, i acquired a loan through Halifax in November '17. I always knew money was created out of absolutely nothing but i never knew you could challenge the banks in such a way like asking for the original agreement etc etc. Before i start any process i wanna learn a hell of a lot more and seek advice off experienced members on this site before sending them the three letters.

So firstly do the letters still work these days and do the work for credit cards too. Ill start with this question for now and once i feel its been answered ill ask another rather than bombard the forum with a wall of text in questions.

Hi,
Yes the letters are still working, I notice your debt is quite recent & you have not given your circumstances.
I do not wish to make assumptions but I hope your reasons are genuine & not a means to get a free loan.
Please do not take offense as none is intended.

Hi there, although you didn't intend to offend me you've kinda put me on the back foot and a bit apprehensive talking about my financial situation.

Lets see if i can move past this, im not easily offended but the whole point of this site if im not mistaken (and the youtube videos etc) is breaking away from the debts i'm paying plus the interest on something i created with my signature and the banks reaping all the benefit while i work to pay off what i essentially created.

Im not intending to create loans and send them letters, im hoping through this new information is to quit paying 1/4 of my monthly wage for the next 5/6 years, make my life a little bit easier and a bit more stress free.

Again i know you didnt mean to cause offence. Ill take a look at the video before proceeding anymore i guess
