Not a Customer

I notice from time to time some letters from debt purchasers are referring to the alleged debtor as
'a customer' . I find this suspicious ,is it an attempt to get us to tacitly except a contract ?

I think it would be wise should anyone be receiving anything referring to them as such .to rebut it.

" Please do not refer to me as a customer, There is not now or ever has been an agreement or contract
between us. "

Customer, client, debtor, etc...all lay us bound in their "contract"?

What i'm struggling to understand is:
When do we step into "the" contract...?

With a scam (haha that's my predictive text, should've said DCA...but how apt), entering into agreement/conversation with them?

Bailiffs - they lie and cannot gain entry. But what's the likely end game/worse case scenario (assuming, we don't give in to them)?

When/how do we give "authority" to a "corporate" court?...this seems key (assuming we've stuck to our guns with the 3 letters, etc...) to me it seems it's the only leverage they have. So to avoid, prevention is the best cure guys, is what we've to do.
How does a corporate court get authority over us?

Heard today motorway speed limit down to 72mph, auto NIP will be sent! What do we do?
Stand and say NO! Or take it?
Saddens me how is going faster with them "trying" to control and impose...agendas! FFS some of us have kids, so if not for our future then theirs, we gotta stand en-masse
Or...what happens?

Hey mate dont apoligize , I know exactly where you are coming from & feel the same way.
Unfortunetley I believe its going to be a numbers game & until we get more who have had enough and are prepared to stand and say NO ,we can only attempt to get some victories by destabilizing their system .

Hear hear!!
Bit of a chicken and egg...getting the word about this (and other relevant sites) out there to the masses.
But, we can, reasonably assume there are more parasites over this site than people who have genuine concerns even ill health through worry because of the b#stards.
So, there's nothing to lose, but...how to get to the masses?? Correct marketing perhaps?...the cause is just and there must be many on here who have benefited who have skills who might volunteer some time? Keep it low key/to known friends and family, then spread...

Yep it will all boil down to numbers. The yellow jacket protest has gone on for some 14 or so weeks now. But I pretty much guarantee that if, even just for one weekend, 100s of 1000s turned up - it would all be over...

(Not to undermine the yellow jacket protest of course! You get my point...) :-)

Totally agree mate, this/the/any lawful rebellion needs to be executed silently by you and your fellow people, maybe simply saying, no i do not consent to being ripped off and being poisoned by your technology
