hi I don't know if you cover this type of dilemer im in with hsn direct but  but I purchased an item from them on 2/4/2019 which they took the money from my bank
then I received  email below of which I agreed to but never received the item I have heard nothing from them to date 1/5/19 I have sent them loads of emails is there any more I can do

Subject: Order Update www.hsndirect.co.uk RESPONSE NEEDED

Thank you for your recent purchase from www.hsndirect.co.uk
We appreciate your business
With regards to your order, due to the fantastic offer we had stock has now run out. The good news is that we have contacted the supplier and they have agreed to send more stock and KEEP the same item promotion.
Due to this invonvienence we will offer you a further 20% off the item price. This deduction will be paid back to your card upon successful noitification from our courier that a delivery has been made to you
We will also upgrade your standard 5 day postage to a next day courier service with tracking at no extra cost to you.

I placed an order with Home shopping network for a Pressure king pro 5ltr, which has still not been delivered to me.

I have not yet received my delivery and our originally agreed delivery date is now overdue.

The Consumer Rights Act makes it clear that I have a contract with you as the retailer and it is your responsibility to ensure I receive my order. As such I am now making time of the essence to our contract. 30th April 2019

If you are unable to do so I will be entitled to consider our contract at an end and will expect you to refund me the full purchase price and any delivery charges.

Yes very simple .You had a contract ,they have failed to perform on that contract. Demand an immediate refund.

Thanks for reply Daveiron I have asked them time after time they  are so ignorant they never reply, is it possible my bank could recover my money because the  lack of response from them it could be a scam

Contact your card company and they will cancel the payment and refund you.

Yes as assassin says.
additionally you could also write to the CEO & inform him/her that due to the ignorance & failure of his
staff and company you will be making a report to Trading Standards .They will not want that & may provide
a 'goodwill gesture' ,worth a shot at least.
