More Notts Police Lies

It has been reported in the media that there was a protest in Nottingham where naked, yes totally naked men were riding bikes around Nottingham to highlight and deter the reliance on cars, so what did Notts lice do? absolutely nothing, diddly squat, sweet FA, except make excuses.

They claimed that it was a lawful protest, note the wording lawful, and that the protesters were doing nothng wrong, so apart from doing this at a time of day where everyone was about on the streets they did nothing wrong, really. Clear deflection as the protest was not the issue, the naked men in a public place were.

If you or I got caught short, maybe through too much beer, a medical condition, or anything else we would have been arrested for indecent exposure, a long standing piece of legislation under COMMON LAW which has been around for over a century, so why? because it is easy money for them and they would also find any other legislation to use against you for at least two charges.

Totally unacceptable that police can now pick and choose if / when to apply the law.

i vaguely recall reading last year that someone was put on the sexual offenders register for having a pee and exposing himself so doing, presumably accused of flashing.

Of course plod were complicit ,its all part of the agenda to get folks out of cars thereby restricting
their ability to travel . All part of agenda 21/30 Mark Windows covers this at great length.

No, it was for indecent exposure and they tried to do this with several people and it was thwarted when someone got a good solicitor and it set a precedent that indecent exposure was not a sexual offence and if a sexual offence was not committed then they cannot go on the sex offenders register.
Putting someone on the sex offenders register is a consensual act and as the register is a contract, it is also bound by contract law which clearly states that you have to enter it at your own free will and if a court orders you to sign it then it is not valid as it constitutes duress and the contract and its conditions cannot come into force, therefore, anyone ordered to sign the register by a court is in an invalid contract.
