Wow! Way to gloat, man! i'm gutted i missed it, i love all those presentations ceylon puts up. Did you notice what the point of contention might be? i've been trying to wrap my head around trusts recently, maybe Kevin found the linchpin that will ker-plunk the system.

well it seems he put his title in a express trust and somehow the Council magistrates and county court no longer had jurisdiction over him only common law but it was only a short 25 min video hopefully it will go back up

It had to be a powerful message in order to have been taken off. Shame!
I'd like to have seen it... What a pity that it wasn't thought of to place it elsewhere. Everyone is aware of what happens on the tube, yet folks still put their videos solely on the tube alone.

Has it actually been taken down?

From what I have seen, there is normally a message stating to the effect "this video has been removed due to copy right ..." etc. here the message is simply "this video is private".

Go on ytube & you are aksed to login to see - "If the owner of this video has granted you access, please sign in". Looks like to me it is still there but you must login & have permission to view!

Thanks, Dave and Ceylon for your answers. Nice to know that it wasn't the tube that removed it and that it's likely to be put up again once more info has been added. There is a little info that I've come across re Council Tax and it's connected with case law as it stands from several weeks ago. Perhaps that this info has been acquired by Kevin, it's certainly valuable and will help many unless the so-called courts start ignoring case law again.

Hello,
Ive been trying to research trusts for the last couple of years,as I feel this is the way forward.I am only interested in LAWFUL TRUSTS(stay away from the legals).
The powers that be & most of the public information will have us believe that there is no such thing as a lawful trust only LEGAL(I wonder why??)
If anyone has any useful links or knowledge in regards to this matter,I would love to share ideas,thanks.

Thanks for that,have watched Richard Ansah....problem there is he use to have many properties and then lost them all.......That doesn't look too good for his CV.....But on the legals he seems to know how it works I think he is talking about legal trusts,problem there is those trusts are bound by legislation,Im more interested in the lawful trusts as Ive had enough of the government telling me how to live my life & wanting to control every aspect to it.

I understand what you are saying, However if you ever need to enforce them you need to make sure they are fully protected.
The Alister Hudson ones contain 30+ podcasts including relevant case law.( its designed for law students)
