Utilities As Credit Brokers, even though these parasites are not classed as Credit Brokers per-se, they are licensed by the FCA. Here are a few I've researched but you as usual use due diligance. Water 1st

Utilities As Credit Brokers Empty Re: Utilities As Credit Brokers

I'm afraid I have still missed why you think these are credit BROKERS.  Maybe an example would help, has your supplier introduced you to and arranged credit for you through another company? For example a bank offering a loan or over draught, or credit card is not acting as a credit broker.  A car dealer is acting as a credit broker if they fix you up with a loan or HP agreement from a separate finance company.  For some more clarification ..

This may seem like nit picking, but suppose you were defending a claim from a creditor who was alleging they had provided credit to you. You would get nowhere with any arguments about whether they were or were not authorised to act as brokers.

Utilities As Credit Brokers Empty Re: Utilities As Credit Brokers

FF because as per other posts I have provided evidence I think that the DNO give gas & leccy to all premesis for free have I not?

So the main question must be what do 'energy suppliers' supply? Now I may be wrong, I am not that arogant to state - I'm right you're wrong.

All I want is for all to see what I think is certain evidence & look at it to the nth degree & make up thier own minds. Its quite simple.

If people look at thier paperwork & as not only me but others too have stated here its a Trust set up not debtor & creditor. There is that vid by Prof Richard Werner on YT banks do NOT lend money & I think - mmmm - yes definatly have posted several threads what we as a people have is debt driven paper FIAT currency - worthless is it not? So where is the debt?

These so called suppliers what do they actually  do? Surely with FCA they must credit brokers or at the very least provide financial services are they not? Why register with FCA then? Or am I missing somat. When I traded with my Ltd Co I was NOT FCA registered but still gave taxes to the revenue, was not in the business of providing financial services of any description.

Are we purchasing debt from these 'suppliers'?

SO by all means FF if you can show what we the people are suppose to pay with in a debt driven economy & with what, knock yourself out.

Like you FF I am tired of all of this I personally want it to go away but its relentless.

FF have looked at the link you left, 'suppliers' do not fall into any description contained in that link but what are they doing exactly?
