(Natural News) Here’s a dirty little secret that hardly a smoker on planet Earth understands: An acidic body keeps smokers depressed, stressed, anxious and in need of “relief,” so they go right for the nicotine, all while eating chemical-laden junk food and taking chemical-laced medications that keep them negative, depressed and stressed. Here’s another filthy little secret hardly a smoker (or medical doctor) on planet Earth understands: Nearly all cessation methods for sale these days are scams that are designed by Big Tobacco to fail, so the smoker will return to the most expensive habit that’s ever trapped them.

You see, fake science has always been supported by Big Tobacco and the American Medical Association (AMA), and that’s why 20,000 doctors from the 1930s through the 1950s claimed in advertisements that cigarettes were safe, healthy and aided with digestion, all while recommending their “favorite brands.” All of this occurred AFTER science had proven smoking cigarettes caused lung cancer (that was revealed in the mid-1930s). So now, the dangerous medications, the nicotine patch, the nicotine gum and the ridiculous CDC scary commercials are all gimmicks that lead the smoker right back to the poisonous well within months. I completely agree. I turned vegan after watching forks over knives and I also gave up the ciggies.

I am now moving to a raw organic diet and my body is already feeling the benefits. flush your body of all the rubbish low level addictive drugs in food....even cheese!!! who would have knew!!! But when you discover your health is more important than the rubbish the TV feeds you......

I think this needs putting into context.

During these times industry was covering everything with DDT and this was airborne, industry was free of health and safety legislation and many heavy, and not so heavy industries were full of harmful fumes and not an extractor fan was in sight, trains burned coal to raise steam and later ran on diesel, belching out fumes. Road transport also ran on diesel and petrol and not an emission test was in sight, and industries such as coal mining had dust levels so high that men rarely lived beyound 50 years old, foundries were so full of smoke that men choked during metal pours and various rolling/pressing methods employed then, and welding or fabrication shops were full of welding fumes.

What is the point? the point is that this was easier to hide and made a lot of other industries or workplaces scapegoats instead of the real causes.

i dont smoke but if you do ,its your life ,

( Air ) is bad for you , true it was on the radio this week , so i tried holding my breath but after two minutes i went blue , but also i could not keep to my diet ,

A friend of mine said that one of his sons went vegan years ago and now he has health problems. It could be that he was lacking something that he was not getting from the veggies.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I'm gonna tell you something that might come as a big surprise to you all. 100% of vegans, non smokers and teetotal people will DIE.

I GAVE UP SMOKING five years ago ,what i did was i got myself addicted to the nicotine lozenges .the hardest part was trying to forget all the physical rituals involved with the practice of smoking ,sometimes without realizing i would put a lozenge in my mouth and then reach for a lighter in an to attempt to light the lozenge. Nicotine lozenges  have side effects though,namely wind .....you just can`t win can you .anyway once i thought i was ready to come off the lozenges which was about after a year i just stopped and have been stopped since .i do miss it ,i liken it to an x lover who broke my heart, cause thats just how i felt without a fag  i realy did love smoking ,i will never get over it ,and could be tempted again at anytime . even in my dreams i have not being tempted though .i will have one final cig on my death bed as long as i can manage it . i`ll look forward to that . ha ha

this is absolute truth but id rather be as healthy as I can b knowing I did my best......I want to see what unfolds in my lifetime. its a great time to be alive !!!!
